Excavating in trenches, in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for shafts, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated approved soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning to under ground cable as per SSR part-1 Clause: 19.75 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type 1, flat size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm for protection of 11000 volts grade, XLPE insulated UG cable in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repairs Gl pipe medium grade 100 mm dia, ISI marked for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jindal, TATA, Swastik.

Supply and fix in repairs GI pipe medium grade 80 mm dia, ISI marked for protection of cables complete all as specified and directed. Make: Jindal, TATA, Swastik.

Taking out old unserviceable HT cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and laying in repairs, in trenches/through pipes under road, floor/ on wall/on pole or any other indicated place & testing RM cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty)with stranded aluminum conductor, suitable for 11 KV (E) system of size 3 core 95 sq mm complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Excavation shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items of Sch 'A' (b) All redq lugs of suitable sizes according to laying of cable is deemed to be included in the rate coated.

All as per Item No.09, above but of 120 sq mm, 3 core.

Painting of transformer of capacity up to 300 KVA, 11/433 KV with two coats synthetic enamelled spray painting after Each preparation of transformer surface complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Item No.11, above, but capacity 315 to 750 KVA 11/0.433 V

M&L for painting of 11 Rm steel pole with cross arms, clamps of any length and shape for HT over head line with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface including marking pole numbers in a 20 cm dia yellow circle and marking three black & two yellow bands width 30 cm by fluorescent paint, from bottom of pole to 1.5m height complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for Outdoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE aromoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sq mm to 185 sq mm complete all as specified and directed. Make:- M-seal/Birla 3M/Denson

All as per Item No.14, above, but of 240 sqmm to 300 sqmm, 3 Core.

M&L in repairs for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for Indoor termination heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE aromoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sq mm to 185 sq mm complete all as specified and directed. All as per Item No.16, above but of 95 sqmm, 3 Core.

M&L for cable jointing kit for 11 KV (earthed) grade cable for Straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE aromoured aluminium conductor cable of size 120 sq mm to 185 sq mm complete all as specified and directed. All as per Item No.18, above but of 50 to 95 sqmm, 3 Core.

Suuply and fix in epairs of vice type PG clamp consisting of two aluminum plates and two steel bolts and nuts for 2 conductors of equal or unequal sizes, upto 13mm dia for non-tension connetions including replacement of old jumper and treatment of connector and ACSR conductor with conducting jelly complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of blown out DO fuse, 33/11 KV grade of capacity from 5 to 50 Amps consisting of 20 pieces complete all as specified and directed.

Tracing out fault in 11KV underground cable any size with the help of fault tracing machine and rectifying the same with joints as specified and directed to restore the supply complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i). Joint kit shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Earth work shall be measured and paid separately. However, width of trenches shall be allowed for payment as per authorized width given in SSR for each size of cable. (iii) All other necessary arrangements suitable for locating the faults deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (iv) T&P required for the entire job shall be provided by the contractor at his own end and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. (v) Cable required, if any shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and filling in Replacement of transformer oil by sealed drum transformer oil EHV grade as per IS 335 of 1993 Part-II filling/top up of transformer of capacity 200 KVA to 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for dehydration of EHV grade transformer oil by drain out old moistured oil from the transformer and necessay tools, vessels, funnels, etc including necessary heating in dehydrating machine to achieve and testing the specified BDV strength complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) The cost for arrangement of stand by DG Set trolly mopunted & oil heating machine and testing to the satisfaction of Engr in Charge shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor. (ii) The oil required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of this schedule.

Material and labour for spreading and leveling evenly (any thickness) 40 mm graded stone aggregated complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting of expanded metal shutter fencing of sub stations with two coat of aluminium paint including preparation of the existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & repalcement of silica jel crystal complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repalcement of heavy duty breather assembly of capacity 0.5 kg with silica gel cristal suitable upto 750 KVA transformer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair of Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo amps suitable for 11000 volts grade system complete all as specified and directed. Make: Pactil/Elpro.

All as per Item No.29, above but for 33000 volts grade system.

Cutting & trimming tree branches along HT/LT over head lines after arranging shut down and by taking all precautions while working on lines, clearing of area, cleaning around sub stations, etc by employing sufficient labourers, T&P and safety measures Span required for the purpose complete for one span of any length and type all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note:-The unit rate will include disposing off debris to nearest waste disposing point of concerned area.)

S & F in repair of cable path indicator made of MS sheet 3 mm thick of size 200 x 150 mm spot welded with angle iron of 40x40x5 Each mm thick 750mm long embedded in PCC 2:4:6 incl painting with two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over one coat of red oxide primer and sign writting with white paint showing grade of cable HT/LT complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement Draw out type Potential transformer 3 phase, 11 KV/110 Volt accuracy class 0.5 STAR/STAR Connection operated at 50 Hz with lightening impulse voltage 75 KV, Insulation voltage 28 KV & heighest system voltage 12 KV complete all as specified and directed. Make:-Andrew Yule & Co. Ltd. or equivalent.

Supply and fix of 33 kv conductor sleeve, heat shrinkable/ pvc, UV stablized, weather-resistant, flame retardant, suitable for 33 kV ACSR/AAAC conductors of thickness 1.0 mm after recovery. Color coded as perr IS/IEC standards complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Inspecting, servicing, testing and calibration of 33 KV,indoor VCB Breaker with control relay Panel as recommended by OEM by deploying expert inspector cum engineer and helper of authorised associates of reputated Company. All UNSV spares required to be replaced will be measured and paid seperately under relevant items here in after. (Note:- The calibration shall be carried out by qualified engineers and test report of the same will be submitted for each eqpt. The cost of the same shall be measured and paid separately under resp items.)

Supply & fix of following spares for servicing/repairing of 33 KV Circuit breaker of any make any type:- (a) ON/OFF indicator link

M&L for repairing/overhauling of air break switch and DO fuse unit upto 400 amps capacity, 11 KV triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally, replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts and applying conducting jelly to contacts incl testing after repair complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Worn out component/ insulators will be measured and paid separately under resp items).

M&L in repairs for AB Switch triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed. Make Jaipuria, Rashtriya, Pactil, Souther insulators.

Disconnecting of HT connections and DC connections from existing bus bar and including servicing of complete parts of RMUs of any make/any type, cleaning with carbo tetra chloride lubrication of mechanical parts, adjustment and calibration of complete relays etc, checking complete parts, including replacement of control wiring with single core copper conductor cable of existing size as required at site of RMUs of any type any make for satisfactory running and replacement of defective parts with new one to make it fully fucntional, including one coat of H class insulation paint on bus bar spouts and other connected parts, including reassembling the same and reconnecting all HT & AC/DC connections complete in functional order including testing on existing load complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The quoted rate of the contractor includes for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts (ii) The new parts shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item as supply only mentioned here in after. (iii) Small parts such as gas filling, nut, bolts, screws & washers required at site are deemed to be included in the quoted rate by the contractor

M&L for repairing/overhauling of air break switch and DO fuse unit upto 400 amps capacite, 433 KV triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on insulators and steel frame installed vertically / horizontally, replacement of broken/worn-out components, oiling and greasing of mechanical moving parts, smoothing and polishing of electric contacts and applying conducting jelly to contacts incl testing after repair complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Worn out component/ insulators will be measured and paid separately under resp items).

M&L in repairs for pin type insulator porcelain, votreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvnised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for working pressure 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Make Jaipuria, Rashtriya, Pactil, Souther insulators.

S&F in repairs Resin cast main mechanism of RMU as per existing make complete.

M&L in repairs for disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145 mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type white, brown or green single disc assy for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed. M&L Servicing of 33 KV Potential Transformer, cleaning of core, checking of all connections replacement of oil and testing of all connections complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Oil shall be measured and paid for separately under respective item of this Schedule.

Supply & fix in repairs porcelain vitreous HT 11 KV bushings with brass studs suitable for out door distribution transformers of capacity 63 KVA-250 KVA after removing the old u/s studs/bushings and draining out the transformer oil from the top level up to conservator of the transformer and removing the top cover of the carefully and refixing and refilling the oil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 80.00, above, but LT bushings Note-: The transformer repair/servicing works shall be carried out only by engaging specialized and experienced technicians. The rate shall be included making necessary arrangements to remove the oil in the conservator in safe drums and refilling after the repair works.

Disconnecting HT, LT and earth connections from transformer outdoor/ indoor type, pole mounted/plinth punted 11/0.433 KV, capacity ranging upto 300 KVA, lifting the transformer by using hydraullic crane and load the same in a suitable truck to transport to the manufacturer's workshop. Unloading the same by using hydraullic crane, drain out insulating oil complete to take out the core assy, replace the damaged HV/LV leg coils with proper gauge copper wire, re-insulation the complete core/windings with proper insulation materials, complete servicing and ovening of transformer as specified, filter the insulation oil minimum three cycles upto 400 Ltrs quantity to receive the proper value of dielectric strength, testing the oil for not less than 40 KV BDV, refilling the same to the transformer, toping up with new transformer oil upto the marked level, re-assembling complete accessories including testing of transformer at work shop complete all as specified and directed.

Loading the transformer and transporting back to the substation, installation on the existing foundation/ structure including HT, LT, and earthing connections, carry out magnetic test and other specified tests after transportation of the transformer and commissing in all respect to the satisfaction of Engr-in- Charge. (Note: (1) The copper wire of suitable gauge for rewinding of damaged portion will be measured and paid under respective items of this schedule(ii) The oil used for topping up of transformer oil an and dehydration of existing oil will be me measured an and paid any type all as directed. under respective item of this schedule.) for transformer of 11 KV/433 Volts capacity from 315 KV KVA to 500 KVA of any make and any type complete all as specified and directed.

Maintenance of indoor/outdoor sub stations, including cleaning of premises and surroundings upto 5m from outer face of wall, checking of oil level of transformers, cleaning and dusting out of transformers, panel boards, cleaning of earth pits to keep free from vegetation, and spraying of chemical mentioned in item no 72.00 bellow incl all required T& P and safety measures for spraying in substation/ around LT Panels/ RMUs/Two pole/ 4-Poles structure etc. complete all as specified and directed.
