PROVISION OF MODULAR KITCHEN FOR SAMARTH BUILDING AT CG ENCLAVE UNDER GE (I) (CG) GOA

Supply and fix Modular type Kitchen in two parts i.e. kitchen top cabinets of total length 192 inches taken in L-shape with height 24 inches and bottom cabinets of total length 119 inches taken in L-shape with height 30 inches as shown in drawing with laminated shutters (Matt or Gloss). Kitchen dimension is 2.3m x 2.92m.The detailed specifications are as given below:-

(a) Removal of existing plywood door shutters and framing. (b) Providing and fixing new framings, door shutters and drawer units made of BWR (Boiling Water Resistant) grade plywood having thickness 18mm which after pasting of laminate on both sides becomes 20mm including necessary support, edge lipping, hardware, screws, adhesives and all accessories. (c) Laminate used for modular manufacturing in machine pressing on plywood is 1.00mm on outer side (colour as per choice) for shutters/ doors/ drawers and 1.00mm on the inner surface (white back laminate) for inside vertical partitions and frames are both side 1.00mm white colour. Also the top carcass/ cabinets are of 1.00mm laminate pasted on both sides. (d) Auto soft closing hinges: SS with plastic hydraullic damper having standard industry size of 35mm with 90 degree opening soft closing.

(e) Handles: SS with Black powder coated of 4 inches size as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (f) Top cabinets of 2' height and 1' deep and bottom cabinet 2' 6" height and 2' deep. (g) Drawers would be of SS grade Baskets with telescopic channels. (h) 5 Nos SS Basket drawers, 1 No. masala pull out with 3 level storage. (i) Removable plate holder, cutlery tray inside. (j) Providing and fixing kitchen drawers and accessories as per the following sizes and specifications:- (1) 21'' x 4'' (with cutlery tray) (2) 21'' x 6" (plain) (3) 21" x 8" (with removable plate holder) (4) 6-7" masala pullout with 3 small racks (5) 02 Nos Basket 24"x8" including necessary hardware, fittings and accessories, complete in all respects as shown in drawing complete all as specified and as directed

Supply, installation, testing and commisioning of kitchen chimney wall mounted of width 60 cm and suction power of 1150m3/hr with heat auto clean function, filterless black finish and push button control type mounted on body, 1.5W LED and overall dimension of 600 mm (W) x 415 mm (D) x 475 mm (H) including connecting upto nearest 5/15 amp supply point. The product shall have two year of overall warranty complete all as specified and as directed.
