Earthwork excavation in trenches for foundation in sand and other loose soils not exceeding 1.50m in width and including dressing of sides and ramming of bottom lift upto 1.50m including getting out of the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m and lift of 1.50m, cost including shuttering, strutting, bailing out seepage of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One part of cement, 4 parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & 8 Parts of 40 mm nominal size metal ) for foundation using 40 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing, laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part of cement, One and a half parts of M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand) & Three Parts of graded stone aggregate (i.e.) 2 parts of 20mm nominal size graded metal & 1 part of 10mm nominal size graded metal) using 20 mm nominal size graded metal including mixing,laying, levelling, consolidation, finishing and curing etc., and excluding the cost of form work and reinforcement grills for all RCC works in all floors upto full height of the building etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing Form work including centring, shuttering, (shuttering Planks shall not less than 38 mm thick) so as to give a rough finish shuttering and propping etc., in all floors upto full height of the building and removal of the same for in situ RCC work such as beam, slabs, lintels, sunshade etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Fabricating and placing in position of M.S / Tor steel grills for R.C.C works in all floors including cost of Steel, cutting, bending, binding with 16 Gauge GI Binding wire and placing in position etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Lowering the 300mm dia. D.I. pipes and specials into trench for a depth upto 2m and laying to proper grade and alignment etc., complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Supply and fixing of 80mm Tamper proof DI single chamber air release valves with pressure range from PN 1.0 to 2.5 with body and cover made of Ductile Iron of Grade GGG 40 or equivalent grade conforming to IS 1865 with Food Grade Epoxy Powder coating(EP-P) inside and for outside of colour blue RAL 5005. All internal parts such as float, shell etc., cover bolts, made of Austenitic alloy steel of SS AISI 304/316. The float shall be made of Polytetrafluroethylene/ Austenitic alloy steel of AISI 304/316 etc.,omplete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 (M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) ( One cement, five M. Sand (Crushed Stone Sand)) using chamber burnt bricks for walls in Ground Floor of the building including cost of all materials, labour, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:5 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, five Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc.,completecomplying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and fixing R.C.C. Pre-cast slab 100mm thick of various size in Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3 including all labour, materials, form work, reinforcement, conveyance and fixing the slab etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Applying One coat of Alkali Resistant Primer and Two coats of ACE - Exterior Emulsion Paint of approved colour and quality over the New wall surface in all floors to give an even shade after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings andother foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand paperes smooth including all materials, labour, brushes, scaffolding, etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Pumping the surface water from the earthwork portion / Rain water from the low lying area wherever required in the Port area with 5 HP Mud Pump. The cost including hire charges for 5 HP Mud pump, diesel, oil, manpower, etc., complete and as directed bythe departmental officers.

Deploying earth moving machinery JCB wherever required for the following works viz., Earthwork excavation, filling, levelling the undulated area, cleaning the vegetation along with roots, removal of unwanted debris / juliflora trees, loading into lorry and for any other works required etc., including cost of diesel, oil, operator charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of 350 mm dia. DUCTILE IRON PIPES of CLASS K7 confirming to IS 8329/2000 and other specifications at site of work including cost of loading, unloading, stacking, transportation, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and delivery of 350 mm dia. DI K7 S/S 90 bend to 350 mm dia. DUCTILE IRON PIPES of CLASS K7 confirming to IS 8329/2000 and other specifications at site of work including loading, unloading, fright, stacking, transit and insurance, etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Lowering the 350mm dia. Ductile Iron pipes and specials into trench for a depth upto 2m and laying to proper grade and alignment etc., complete and as directed by the departmental Officers.

Jointing the 350mm dia. Ductile Iron S/S pipes and specials for a depth upto 2 m with rubber gaskets (Tyton joint), including cost of lubricants, cost of jointing materials etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fixing of 350mm dia. Ductile Iron D/F Gate Valves (soft seated) resilient seated soft sealing gate valves (sluice valves) with body bonnet of ductile cast iron of grade GGG40 or equivalent grade, wedge fully rubber lined with EPDM, replaceable spindle nut, without gland packing and with 3 O-Ring protection on the shaft and seals of NBR and the valves should be of vaccum tight and 100% leak proof with face to face dimensions as EPR BS 5163-89/ ISI 14846-2000/DIN 3202 F 4. All the valves shouldbe with electrostatic powder coating both inside and outside with pocket less straight thro' body passage. All the valves are to be compatible for buried application with pressure rating PN 10/16 etc., including cost of fixing the new valve with accessories, installation, transportation and labour charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Testing of 350mm dia. Ductile Iron pipes with hydraulic testing equipment by filling with water (including cost of water @ Rs.70/- per KL) and testing to recommended pressure in convenient stretches and attending the bursts if any occurred during the test, excluding the cost of pipes including other incidental and operational charges etc., complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 150mm dia CI foot valve as per IS 4038 with CI/MS Strainer -150mm including all accessories, such as, MS flange of table "E", gaskets, bolts & nuts, etc., installed at end suction pipe line at sump including conveyance, all incidental charges, necessary scaffolding and re-doing the dismantled portions to its original condition wherever found necessary, etc., complete and as per standard specification and as directed by the Departmental Officers.
