Annual Repair for N/R/B Rural Health and Training Centre in Sector-56 (Village Palsora), Chandigarh for the Financial Year 2025-2026

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and manufacturer including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour Old work (one or more coats) (As per DSR 13.81.1)

Painitng one or more coats with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on old wood work or metallic or plastered surfaces to give an even shade complete in all respects and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer in charge. (As per DSR 13.99.1)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (As per DSR 13.91)

Providing and applying cement based putty (Birla, Jk or equivalent) to the required finish complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (N.S.)

Providing and fixing 5mm thick Acrylic glass Panes (Unbreakable) over existing chowkhats or glazed shutter, Window or Fixed with Preferably with Silicone or the nails M.S biding & wooden biding as per the site conditions including the cost of nails or Silicone etc complete in all respects to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
