Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc

Demolition of brick or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all necessary arches quoins etc.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level)

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description (reinforcement cut as reqd to facilitate demolition ).

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.5 Sqm but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames)

M&L for MS TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally for columns, hooking end and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia all as specified as directed

S&F vitrified ceramic dark shade coloured tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles n. exc 0.36 sqm in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for vitrified tiles Granite /Marble /wood textures ceramic 10 mm thick tiles in vertical surfaces or floors n. exe 0.36 Sqm , over 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match .

M&L Coloured non skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tiles, laid over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) laying floor finish complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Glazed ceramic tiles,joint free, Premium class I grade, coloured of size 350mm x250mmx7mm/ 450mm x350mmx7mm as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement, laid over and including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces of walls complete, all as specified.

M&L for kota stone slab flooring 18-20 mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing laid over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as spd.

All as per item No 17 above here-in-before but on vertical surfaces of walls /skirting/dado etc including 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on surfaces of walls complete all as spd.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in sub base for receiving floor finishes etc.

M&L for chequerd cement concrete tiles 30cm x30cmx25mm thick with grey cement and pigment , set , jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 all as spd & directed.

S&F Factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5 mm single side prelam PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube manufactured as per SSR Part-I specifications and drawings.
