REPAIRS TO FOOTPATH, HARD STANDING, SEWAGE LINE, SEPTIC TANK , MAN HOLES AT GANESHKHIND UNDER AGE B/R PASHAN

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced, in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15cm thickness below and above ground level complete and removing debris upto 200m & depositing where directed all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 100mm thick type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 75mm thick type B-1, 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in floor and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete 75mm thick type C-2, 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection and paving etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 60mm thick M-35 grade coloured interlocking paver block tiles of glossy finish with any shape and size, jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry with pigment to match the shade of tile etc. complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 6 but except tiles complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for stone dust filling as in cushioning to paver blocks complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in copings, filleting etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Chequerred precast cement concrete tiles 22 mm thick light shade with pigment using white cement in footpath & courtyard, jointed with neat cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles, including rubbing and cleaning etc. complete, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.
