TENDER FOR SPECIAL REPAIR TO ROAD AREA AT RATNUCHAK MIL STN UNDER GE KALUCHAK

M&L repair to pot holes any depth n-exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings)depth of potholes exc 30 mm completed all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, completed all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Viscosity Grade Paving Bitumen of Grade VG-30) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using with 8 to 12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4(150x150x300mm) type B1 completed all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye in repairs solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions.. Model : No- DA 972 of Dark Eye or equivalent in Greenlite/ Oscar / Siner Infrastructure/ 3M. completed all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying one coat of weather proof anti fungal paint (Make: Apex of Asian paints or equivalent in Burger/ Nerolac/ Shalimar) including preparation of old treated plastered/ concrete/ stone surfaces etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of concrete in ground floor not exceeding 15cm in thickness below or above ground level of any thickness and any description etc. completed all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand;ccompleted all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 100 mm 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base completed all as specified and as directed.

M/L for continous brick edging old size with width equal to the width of the brick of whole sub class 'B " brick laid dry on end vertically including embedding brick with necessassary excavation and earth work in soft / loose soil completed all as specified and as directed.
