| 3.00 | Disconnecting all eletrical connections from transformer and dismantling the components of transformer for easy loading transportation unloading the unserviceable transfomer 2 MVA TO 3.15 MVA, 33/11 KV copper wound from 33 KV MRS to workshop and back including installation, testing and commissioning after repairs including painting of complete transfomer and its mounting structure complete all as specified and as directed. Labour only for opening the top cover of transformer and carrying out the following work/repairs by specialist/reputed transformer manufacturer or repairing firm:-
(a) Removing of transformer oil from transformer into separate barrels.
(b) Taking out the core assembly with HV & LV windings of the transformer.
(c) Cleaning the transformer from inside of tank as per manufacturer's guidleines and painting with one coat of zinc paint as per manufacturer's norms.
(d) Ovening in vapour phase drying oven at factory workshop for 72 hrs.
(f) Filling of transformer oil after centrifuging of complete transformer oil.
(g) Reassembling of winding over the core of the transformer.
