Dragging of ST/PCC Pole digging of pit erection of sub-station type double pole structure on ST/PCC Pole with fixing of necessary item such as Top Channel, along with grouting (As per RESPO Norms) Dropper Channel, 11 pin insulator with Pin & 11 KV Disc Insulator with fitting, DO Fuse set its ramming, as per RESPO Specification. Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.

Fabrication, erection of double pole for end terminations/sectional double pole, 11 KV line on ST/PCC Pole with fixing of necessary clamps & other accessories like 1 nos top channel 100x50 mm 2.24 m. 1 No. Guarding Angle. Its grouting in ratio 1:4:8 plinthing 300 mm above ground level, earthing of support & one side cable expose.

Dragging of ST/PCC Pole to pit site, diging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of 11 KV line with fixing of necessary item, such as V-type X-arm, F-bracket, 11 KV Pin insulator, Gaurding angle (1.8 mm 65x65x6) with Nut & bolts its ramming as per RESSPO Specification. Only Pole and insulator will be Provided by the Department.

Dragging of ST/PCC Pole from Dump Store to pit site, diging of pit erection and grouting (As per RESPO Norms) of LT support suitable for laying of ABC Line on 8.5 Mtr Long PCC Pole by providing of necessary eye hook/Lt Shackle insulator with Clamps and its accessories etc. as per RESSPO Specification. Only Pole will be Provided by the Department.

Grouting & Nuzzling of 11 KV stay set complete including fixing of necessary clamps. Accessories required including its grouting by civil material (Sand, Brick blast & cement). All material except stay wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Ordinary earthing by 11 KV MS earth Rod 2500mm long as per RESPO Schedule. All material except earthing wire shall be supplied by the contractor.

Laying Stringing & sagging of 3 Phase 3 wire 11 KV New Line on ACSR Wesal/Racoon conductor as per RESPO Specification and direction on E/I. All material exept ACSR wesal/Racoon conductor shall be supplied by the contractor.

Guarding of HT line by GI wire. GI wire shall be supplied by the department.

Proper laying & commissioning of (3x50/3x95/3x120 sq.mm) XLPE Aerial Bunched Conductor. Only ABC Provided by deptt.

Fixing of Single/Three Phase distribution boxes/Kiosk on the LT poles including all clamps and material required for mounting connections & sealing. Only distribution box Shall be supplied by deptt.

Laying of 11 KV 3x185 sq. mm XLPE cable double circuit digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 750 mm side including supply of required material, 1st class bricks, stone pad & fine sand. The inter spacing between two cable should be in between 0.25 m to 0.40m. The cables shall be laid in trench by first filling layer of sand and laying on sides with bricks, fixing bricks as partitions between two cables, after laying cable, covering cable by stone pads resting on bricks, covering it by earth, all work as per RESPO norms. (Allmaterial required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable). One lenght cable-5000 Mtr total lenght 10000 Mtr..

Cable Hosting of 11 KV 3x185 sq. mm XLPE Cable at the following including jumpering etc complete with help of GI Pipe as Per RESPO Norms. GI pipe and other required material shall be supplied by contractor.

High pressure testing of 11 KV 3x185 XLPE cable along with arrangement of High Pressure equipment.

Well type earthing of with 60 Fit Deep borring and providing GI Pipe 1.5" dia ("B" Class) and earthing must be joint by G.I. Strip of 32x5 mm thick long attached with nut & bolts and GI pipe cap. All material and labour shall be supplied the contractor.

Construction of T/F plinth of size 2x2x1.2 mtr with the help first class brick & masonary in the ratio 1:4 cement & sand coarse. Filling the structure completely per norms with RCC to 1:2:2 cement & stone grit with MS bar and MS channel for resting transformer.

Wiremess fencing of 11/0.4 KV S/S shall be made of rectangular of size as per site requirement not exceeding 3 meter fabrication 45x45x5 mm angel the frame is also have 1 no. Horizontal runner of MS flat 40x5 welded in middle to support of wire mesh. Rectangular welded type wire mess of size 50x25 made of 12 S.W.G. wire mess shall be welded all along the periphery of the frame as well as on horizontal runner to give extra strength of welding to wire mess welded on the frame. Diagonal bracing of all the frame panel will be welded with Ms flat of size 25x3mm to support as per RESPO specification & direction of E/I.

Construction of masonry/metalic type distribution pillar of size 1x1.5x2.5 mtr. with supply & fixing of fabricated 4 nos. doors (2ft.x4ft.) made of BP sheet of 18 SWG with locking arrangement, 2 Nos. Straight MS angle 50x50x6mm (1800 mm olng) 2 nos. 500 Amp, 3 Nos. 300 Amp henely Type Tailess Funse Unit, 3 Nos coper bus bar of size 1000x50x6 mm and one No. Alum busbar 1000x50x6 mm including all civil material required for work. All material shall be supplied by contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 400 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 400 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 250 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 250 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 100 KVA T/F on Double Pole with all accessories. All material except 100 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 63 KVA T/F on Double Pole with all accessories. All material except 63 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Fabrication, errection & commissioning of 630 KVA T/F on Plinth with all accessories. All material except 630 KVA T/F shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Dismantling of 400 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Dismantling of 250 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Dismantling of 100/160 KVA T/F opening jumbers, LT cable and Other accessories of T/F including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Lopping & Chopping of tree branches for clearance of HT/LT line. After clearance of line through out pieces of tree branches of site.

Dismantling of Old ST Pole including Safe loading, unloading Carriage from site to JE dump Store/Center Store.

Dismantling of LT/HT line including rolling back its conductor, wire, including stacking & transpiration of these materials form site to JE dump store/Central Store Daliganj, Lucknow.
