Supply and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge precast glazed cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade confirming to IS 15658-2006 with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed. M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces or un-plastered surfaces of walls and soffit of chajjas, roof slab etc., by cleaning, brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable to make the surface free from protrutions, loose particles, dust etc., including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc., and applying one coat of cement based paint with brush (upto any height of building), complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and soffit of chajjas, roof slab etc., by cleaning, brooming, rubbing and scrapping as required using broom, emery paper, putty blade/scraper as applicable to make the surface free from protrutions, loose particles, dust etc including necessary safety & protective measures such as safety belt, headgear etc., finishing the surface and finishing with Two coats of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over a coat of suitable exterior primer of approved make and necessary scaffolding for upto any height of building, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preparing new Steel or Iron Surfaces of any description, over 10 Cm width or girth and applying Two Coats of Synthetic Enamel Paint over a coat of Red Oxide/ Zinc Chrome Primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Tree cutting from wall, roof of Buildings up to extended root complete including applying acid for stopping further growth from any location of Bldg up to 4 storey and making good disturbed surfaces with cement mortar (1:4) or cement concrete type C-1(1:3:6) using 20mm graded aggregate including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of gully trap of any depth (not exceeding 0.50 metre each), by taking out accumulated garbage, silt, mud etc and removing the same at a distance not exceeding 50 metre (where directed), washing and well flushing of the gully trap with water complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of floor trap (of any type/size), by taking out accumulated silt, mud etc and removing the same at a distance not exceeding 50 metre (where directed), washing and well flushing of the floor trap with water complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of Manhole chambers and sewage lines of any size, aly depth each, mechanically, removing muck / sludge / silt / mud, liquid etc., under any position including foul condition and cleaning the inlet and outlet with water, with precautionary measures with high pressure jet machine with super sucker machine incl all tools and plants, machine operator and labour for complete day (i.e. 8 Hours), placing back the manhole cover in position and disposing off the sludge / debris out of MOD land, complete all as specified and directed. NOTES:- (1) The sludge / debris shall be disposed off in sealed containers or sludge removal tankers. Contractor is expected to consider this aspect while quoting his rates. No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained on this account afterwards. (2) Mechanised cleaning vehicle, water jetting machine including fuel and operator, as and when ordered by the Engineer-in-Charge shall be provided by the contractor under his own arrangement. No extra claim shall be admissible during currency of work.

Cleaning of all debris/vegetation over roof surfaces of accessible or unaccesible roof portion upto any height and the mouth of rain water pipe and around the tanks area and removal of materials out side the MOD land including necessary scaffolding and safety measures complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of sewage line/ storm water line of 150 mm bore by mechanically using trolley mounted water jetting machine including dewatering, de-silting and well flushing the line with water and tesing on completion complete as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

NOTE FOR ITEM NO. 116 to 122 :- (1) The sludge/debris shall be disposed off in sealed containers or sludge removal tankers. Contractor is expected to consider this aspect whicle quoting his rates. No claim, whatsoever, shall be entertained on this account afterwards. Cutting of vegetation, grass, bush, weeds, trees upto 1 metre height above the ground level in around 3 metre of the periphery of of manhole, drain etc and removing the tree roots complete and removing the vegetation, debris etc to a distance exc 500 metre but not exc 1 km complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing double steel scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side of shaft portion (only) of building of any height including additional rows of scaffolding in stepped manner as per requirement of site, made with minimum 40mm dia M.S. Tube, placed 1.5 metre centre to centre(maximum), horizontal & vertical tubes joint with cup & lock system with M.S. Tubes, M.S. Tube challis, M.S. Clamps and staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for execution of work and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners, connecting with the building etc, wherever required, if feasible, for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc., complete as per directions and approval of GE. Notes:- (1) The elevational area of shaft portion of building (length/breadth of shaft X height of shaft) covered with scaffolding shall only be measured for payment purpose. (2) The payment shall be made for one time only for execution of all items of each face of shaft portion of building. (3) After completion of work all scaffolding materials shall be removed from building /structure by the contractor and the same shall be the property of the contractor and accordingly rate shall be quoted.

Removal and disposal off of waste material / debries / Soils from Fort William Camp area to out of MD land as any location catered by KMC, complete, all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge. Note: Volume of each trip shall be considered for 4 Cum as Each Job / Trip.

Cleaning of septic tank, any size, mechanically, removing muck/sludge/silt/mud, liquid etc from inside of septic tank, in any position including foul condition and cleaning the inlet and out let with water, placing back the cover slab in position and disposing soff the sludge/debris out of MOD land complete all as specifid and directed.

Removing blockage of WC, Wash hand basin, flooor/nahani trap, gully trap and junctions of soil waste & vent pipe etc, manually for day to day complaint with the help of vacuum pump or rodding for complete satisfaction of users including opening and re-fixing of CI eye cover to bend and branch piece (Tee bend) and finally cleaned with water to make the job functional in any location and in any position of building complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The contractor shall be depute two Nos unskilled sweeper for Zone-I & Zone-II area daily from 08:30 AM to 5.00 PM (ii) Disposal of sludge otained shall be disposed of in pit made by contractor and shall be covered with soil duly disinfected the adequate qty of bleaching power. Quoted rate shall be deemed to inclusive of the above aspects. no claim shall be entertained at a later stage.

Note: Schedule of credit (SCHEDULE OF CREDIT) amount of Rs ________ mentioned on Page No ____ shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ.
