Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick/stone or concrete surfaces etc including raking out joints,hacking for key and scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or up steel water tubing and connections of 15mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down or up steel water tubing of connections 20mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling water tanks exc 250 but not exc 500 Litres, and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Dismantling water tanks exc 500 but not exc 1000 Litres, and removing to store complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced ) of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specifeid and as directed by engr-in-charge.

Dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Dismentling Structural steel work incl doors, gates complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L, Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in CM 1:4 mixed with water proofing compound As per manufacturer instruction finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specifeid and directed by engr-in-charge. Note :- Water proofing compound shall be measure and paid separatelly.

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for rendering CM (1:6) 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces etc including finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr In Charge

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1 : 3 on concrete surfaces in ceiling including finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. upto 4 storied building

Cutting & removing tree roots from any height of walls/roof incl removal of trees, roots & grass vegetables upto 50mtr away from bldg & making good to the damaged portion of walls in CM 1:4 or cement concrete1:2:4 type B-1 surface area exc 400 Sqcm & n exc 900Sqcm complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for preparing surfaces of new plaster on walls and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified Over a coat of alkali resitant primer and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new surface and applying two coat of distemper on wall complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surface and applying three coats of white wash on ceiling / soffits over a coat of primer (alkalic resistance priming coat) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint premium quality over a coat of primer on walls/ceiling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-charge.

M&L for preparation of plastered/concrete surfaces of roof and applying the under mentioned course of roof treatement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.:- (a) Surface shall be throughly wire brushed, cleaned, washed, dried up properly and apply evenly a bituminuous primer coat conforming to IS @0.4 ltr /Sqm over concrete / plastered roof surface. (b) Applying evenly a tack coat of bitumen 85/25 grade @1.20 kg/ sqm. (c) Laying of 3mm thick APP membrane sheet (min weight 3 Kg/Sqm) consisting of a core of 160 gms/Sqm polyster non woven fabric mat protected on both sides with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix again protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE FILM on dried primed surface by torch application method. APP membrane will normally be laid in length at right angle to the direction of slope. The over lap shall be minimum 100mm on longitudinal direction and 150mm on the transverse direction including cuttings, grooves etc. (d) Membrane bonded completely to the substrate & the over laps are then scaled/fused by flame. Note:- This treatement shall be done by the approved authorized applicators and guarantte of treatement shall be for 10 years.

M&L for guiniting work to RCC work in coloumn, chajjas, balconies, slabs, landings etc by removing loose, concrete, incl removing rust with short blasting and cleaning of surface with wire brush and applying epoxy treatment to rusted reinforcement and including S&F welded wire mess fabric or wire not less than 95x95x3mm adhesive plaster grade for concrete admixture and providing guniting pressure 2.00/2.50 Kg/Sq cm with admixture 1 part of cement and 3.50 part of sand and thickness 50mm average and making the surface even and smooth including necessary formwork and 10mm thick plaster over repaired surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for coloumns, hooking ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (anneealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

_Ditto_ as above but 6 to 8mm dia, as in stirrups, binders.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base for floors finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M& L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006, 80 mm thick, M-40 grade fixing with grey cement and no pigment complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete coloured tiles (300 X300) 20-25mm thick confirming to IS -1237 (rubber moulded) in floor setc, set, jointed & pointed with cement slurry 15mm thick bedding layer of cement sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Colour coated galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated/ style pattern steel sheet 0.50mm thick fixed to steel frame using L or J bots with washer in roofs including crumping of corrugated galvalume sheet and making good joint frame, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50m complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 using 40mm stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S&F steel/work in tubular truses, purlins, rafters, struts, vertical members and similar work including special shape washers complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS-1161-1979, grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.
