Improvement of 2.5 MVA Sub Station along with allied works at Lift Irrigation Station Raya.

Disconnecting the main supply from the 33 KV line and thereafter disconnecting all the electrical connections of 2.5 MVA 33 KV/440V Transformer unit no. 1 installed at Lift Irrigation Station Raya. Removing of top cover plate of the transformer unit no.1 by way of dismantling nuts / bolts with the help of skilled labour.Disconnecting the bus strips from the phase and neutral connections of unit no.1 and thereafter dismantling one by one various components fitted on the 7 no copper rod viz a viz check nut, Brass washers, Brass ring, Rubber washer, Rubber bonded gaskets and porcelain bushes so as to replace the damaged washers 42mm dia 7 no, damaged Rubber Bonded Gaskets and damaged porcelain bushes 07 no as per sample. Providing and fitting of new rubber washers of good quality Neoprene rubber, new gaskets cut to requisite sample sizes from rubber bonded sheet of good quality of thickness 8mm.The job includes cleaning the check nut , nut/ bolts and Brass washers with using a good quality cleansing chemical and also scrubbing off carbon deposits with the help of emery paper and grinding to smooth the surface of Bus strip clamp holder to removing the rough surface during flashing and thereafter refitting all the components in the correct sequence the same with plate after fitting of copper rods. Job includes replacement of damaged bus bars after cutting aligning adjustment of holes in strip with 4mm dia bit by drilling. Providing and fitting of 3 no Bus strips from copper rods coming out terminals of the transformer in place of old damaged bus bar. Providing and fitting of 3 no, 300mm dia new thimbles to the 3 no incoming ACSR terminal to the transformer in the place of old damaged. Providing of rubber bonded gasket cut to the required dimensions as per sample out of 8 mm thick sheet good quality fitting at the requisite place on the conservator drum. Complete job includes the cost of materials, hire charges of tools, tackles equipments, skilled labour charges etc.

Providing & filling of new transformer oil 250 Ltrs. in the transformer unit no.1 from the conservator side and there after shutting the entire Valve/ Stop cocks & checking the transformer for any leakages from Valve Joints etc. The oil must conform to IS 335, Complete job includes the cost of materials, hire charges of tools, tackles equipments, freight charges, skilled labour charges etc.

Servicing of Current Transformer CT installed at LIS Raya by way of Disconnecting main from 33 KV line and thereafter removing the top cover of CT’s by way of dismantling the nuts / bolts / gaskets and then checking of insulation resistance. Checking all the connections in secondary box and junction box. Job also involves checking of porcelain housing CT and to be cleaned properly by cotton cloths, oil leakage from any joint shall be checked and topping up of oil as per requirement. Replacement of worn-out/ damaged HT Conductors, insulators and HT clamps as per sample of substation. Tightening of loose connections and clamps. Complete job includes the cost of materials, hire charges of tools, tackles equipments, freight charges, skilled labour charges etc.

Painting of Mild steel Structure including column structure/ Bus Bar box with one coat of red oxide & two coats of paint of reputed make at Sub Station LIS Raya. Complete job includes the cost of materials, hire charges of tools, tackles equipments, freight charges, skilled labour charges etc.
