(E) Automatic Main Failure (AMF) control panel:- Indoor type, factory fabricated cubical type, free standing, floor mounted, AMF control panel, provided with removable rear door & hinged front door for easy accessibility, fabricated out of not less than 2.0 mm thick CRCA Sheet powder coated CPRI approved comprising of :-

(i) AMF control circuit with 4 pole, MCCB 160-400 Amps-02Nos, micro processor based rupturing capacity 36 KA two Nos. each one for commercial and DG set incoming supply with HRC back up fuse and Contactors heavy duty 500 amps capacity -02 Nos complete with all DC control relays/line voltage monitor (LVM) as per OEM specifications incorporating engine start and stop complete as specified and directed.

Note for 2 to 4 (a) Reinforced controlled cement concrete, reinforcement will be measured and paid separately (b) Soil mixed with betonies slurry (obtained from boring) shall be disposed off outside MD land and depositing at a place as directed by Engr-in-charge. The unit rate quoted against item 2 to 4 shall interalia be deemed to include this operation and no extra payment shall be admissible on this account (c) Boring of piles shall be measured and paid from marked average ground level to bottom pile.

M & L for RMC M30 design mix concrete as per IS 456 of 2000 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate in pile cap and piles of any length/size including cutting and knocking down waste concrete complete all as shown on drg Note : RCC will be measured and paid from cut off level and rate quoted shall be inclusive of cutting and knocking of RCC waste above cut off level.

S & F CRS steel bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified & as directed.
