Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm thick in each layers complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in-Charge.

Material and labour for dry, clean washed sand for cushioning to under ground cables in trenches but will be measured 18 cm after punning complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in-Charge.

Material and labour for bricks, old size, well burnt sub class B’ well burnt for protection to under ground cables laid flat across the cable (adjoining each other) laid dry complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in-Charge.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT under ground XLPE cable (heavy duty LT 1100 Volts grade) aluminium conductor armoured conforming to IS-1554 (Part -I - 1988) laid in trenches/ducts/fixed on poles/walls/laid under roads/paths/culverts/drain encased GI pipe/fixed, with complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in-Charge at site of following sizes :-Make : Havells/Polycab/Finolex/RPG Cables/Gloster Cables Ltd Note :- for srl item No - 06 GI Pipe shall be measured & Paid separately under respective item.

Supply and fixing tubes of size 50mm dia nominal bore , galvanized iron light grade( ISI Marked) with all fittings and laid in trenches under roads/drains fixed to poles/walls with FI clamp bolts, nuts and washers of complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in-Charge.

S&F Feeder piller box out door type factory made (CPRI approved) out from 2.15 mm MS sheet supported with legs of 45 cm long made out of iron angle of 25x25x4mm thick with overall diamention of piller box of size 75cmx60cmx45cnm and shall be comprises of 4 nos aluminium busbar of 63 amps mounted on porcelain insulator duly drilled hole for cable connection including front and rear side opening with locking arrangement , with MCCB FP 63 Amps 16 KA, 415 volts, 50Hz (01 Nos) with adjustable thermel and adjustable magnetic setting and provn for incomming and outgoing cables with glands including painting with two coats of smoke grey synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer , complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note: Feeder piller box shall be mounted on brick work plateform built in CM (1:4) not less than 60 cm above ground level with suitable foundation including rendering 15mm in CM (1:6) and applying two coats of cement base paint. The quoted rate for the said item shall be inclusive of total scope of work as mentioned above.

Material & Labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) vertically, with top edge of the plate not less than 1.50 mtr below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron wire 4mm dia by means of nuts, bolts, washers of GI steel all as shown on electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I connected to earthing test point and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) for earth pit with 40 x 40 x 6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover, reinforced with 6mm dia bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia withCI funnel and wire mesh, and 15 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix MS work in cross arms, (prefabricated (with drilled holes etc) in position) channel/angle iron sections of various size and shape F.I clamps (Full ,half D and earth clamp etc) incl necessary bolts, nuts, washer etc and painting with two coats aluminium paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and shown on drawings and directed

Supply,installation,commissioning and testing inbuilt Heating and Cooling arrangement split type air conditioner (high wall with cordless remote with) of capacity 2.0 TR , 3 star rating suitable for non CFC refrigirant gas incl material and labour for the following works as involved for smooth functioning & installation of outdoor / indoor for split type AC all as directed by Engr-in-charge Make- Hitachi//Voltas/Daikin . (a) Fixing the heating & cooling unit with grounting nuts, cutting groove to wall for gas pipe and water drainage pipe complete. (b) S&F cutting, bent to shape copper pipe of appropriate size from outdoor unit to indoor unit by cutting holes to wall incl brazing the copper pipe, fixing union all as required at site. (c) S&F pvc pipe 20 mm dia transparent flexible heavy duty for drainage pipe (approx-3.0 M). (d) Insulation of both the copper pipe with insulating material and covering the complete pipes with pvc casing & caping of size 75x75mm for mechanical protection of copper pipe complete. (e) Charging of correct quantity non CFC refrigerant gas after necessary brazing/fixing of both the outdoor/indoor unit and testing complete on load up to saitisfaction of EIC. (f) S&F MS bracket factory made, fixed on wall through fastener of size 25mmx25mmx3mm thick angle iron including complete grouting with cement motor to get finished as per existing finishes and guage for installation of out door unit (condensing unit) complete all as direced. (g) M&L for provision of shed for outdoor unit made of MS sheet 2.0 mm thick and MS angle 30x30x5mm complete fixing to wall for protection of the outdoor units. S&F industrial single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole C series MCB of capcity 20 Amps 10 KA 230 V etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer - in-Charge at site. Make -Legrand cat part no. 5078-10 or equivalent in performance in Havells/L&T/ABB as approved by the GE.

S&F sub main wiring alongwith earth wire (green colour) with single core FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor cable of voltage rating upto and including 1100 Volts drawn with and including concealed PVC conduit (medium grade) with standard accessories, of the following sizes of cable & dia of conduit complete all as specified and directed :- NOTE :- (i) Two/four run of single core FRLS PVC cable with one/two run of earth conductor and conduit shall be measured as one unit. (ii) The quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive for cutting chases in wall/pillars/columns/tiles etc. of any description for concealing the conduits to required depth & making good the disturbed surface in CM (1:3) including finishing the surface to match with the existing surface.

Copper tubing of following size special annealed pressure copper purity min 99.9% and making flairing at both ends for connection incl brass nut and testing in existing split type air conditioner of any description / capacity / make and in any position including insulating with suitable size insulation and covering complete pipe with PVC casing & capacity of size 75x75mm for mechanical protection of copper pipe complete all as specified and as directed.
