Providing and laying in position ready mixed M-25 grade concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using fly ash and cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of R.M.C. from transit mixer to site of laying, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including cost of admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS : 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of the Engineer - in - charge. 24 mm thick factory made PVC door shutters made of styles and rails of a uPVC hollow section of size 59x24 mm and wall thickness 2 mm (± 0.2 mm) with inbuilt edging on both sides. The styles and rails mitred and joint at the corners by means of M.S. galvanised/ plastic brackets of size 75x220 mm having wall thickness 1.0 mm and stainless steel screws.

The styles of the shutter reinforced by inserting galvanised M.S. tube of size 20x20 mm and 1 mm (± 0.1 mm) wall thickness. Providing and fixing glazing in fire resistant door shutters, fixed panels & partitions etc., with G.I. beading made out of 1.6 mm thick G.I. sheet (zinc coating not less than 120 gm/m²) of size 20 x 33 mm screwed with M4 x 38 mm SS screws at distance 75 mm from the edges and 150 mm c/c , including applying a coat of approved fire resistant primer/ powder coating of not less than 30 micron on G.I. beading, & special ceramic tape of 5 x 20 mm size etc complete in all respect as per NBC 2016, IS 16231 (Part 3):2016 and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with glass of required thickness having 60 minutes of fire resistance both integrity & radiation control (EW60) and minimum 20 minutes of insulation (EI20). Roof/Terrace Water proofing:

Providing and laying integral cement based water proofing treatment including preparation of surface as required for treatment of roofs, balconies, terraces etc consisting of following operations:

(a) Applying a slurry coat of neat cement using 2.75 kg/sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS. 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over the RCC slab including adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including cleaning the surface before treatment. (b) Laying brick bats with mortar using broken bricks/brick bats 25 mm to 115 mm size with 50% of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge over 20 mm thick layer of cement mortar of mix 1:5 (1 cement :5 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineer-in-charge to required slope and treating similarly the adjoining walls upto 300 mm height including rounding of junctions of walls and slabs. (c) After two days of proper curing applying a second coat of cement slurry using 2.75 kg/ sqm of cement admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin-charge (d) Finishing the surface with 20 mm thick jointless cement mortar of mix 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) admixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS : 2645 and approved by Engineerin-charge including laying glass fibre cloth of approved quality in top layer of plaster and finally finishing the surface with trowel with neat cement slurry and making pattern of 300x300 mm square 3 mm deep (e) The whole terrace so finished shall be flooded with water for a minimum period of two weeks for curing and for final test. All above operations to be done in order and as directed and specified by the Engineer-in-Charge : With average thickness of 120 mm and minimum thickness at khurra as 65 mm.

Toilet/Kitchen Water proofing: Providing and laying water proofing treatment in sunken portion of WCs, bathroom etc., by applying cement slurry mixed with water proofing cement compound consisting of applying : (a) First layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.253 kg/ sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours.

(b) Second layer of slurry of cement @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm. This layer will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours followed with water curing for 48 hours. The rate includes preparation of surface, treatment and sealing of all joints, corners, junctions of pipes and masonry with polymer mixed slurry

Providing 12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing 19 mm thick water proof cement plaster (1:3) with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 with 5% cico or any other approved water proofing compound including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per building specification and direction of E/l.

Providing 6mm thick cement plaster (1:4) in ceiling with clean coarse sand of F.M. 1.5 including screening, curing with all leads and lifts of water, scaffolding taxes and royalty all complete as per specification and direction of E/I.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

ELECTRICAL WORK

SUB-HEAD I : 415V MAIN DISTRIBUTION BOARDS

Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring & supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Distribution Panels fabricated out of 2mm thick for structural members (Load bearing members) and 1.6mm thick for door and covers (Non load bearing members) CRCA painted sheet steel in cubicle formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channels, T irons, flats wherever necessary for large meter boards. Cable gland plates shall be provided at top and bottom both and windows for meter reading, locking arrangement (pad-lock & seal) with wiring upto KWH meter & meter to MCB shall be done by using adequately rated flexible single core copper wire. The boards shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per standards with final approved shade of powder coated as approved, 2 nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all panels. The boards shall be suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Boards shall be fabricated in length, height, depth etc to match with site conditions.

An approval shall be taken for each panel before manufacturing. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of boards.

Note: The following provisions shall be required to be made in the switchboard detailed below

The Switchboard shall have provision for entry of all PVCA cables from the top/bottom as required.

All live accessible parts shall be shrouded and all equipment shall be finger touch proof. The busbar insulation shall be with heat shrinkable sleeves. SMC/DMC shrouds and busbar supports shall be used.

Suitable tinned copper extension links for incoming/outgoing cables shall be provided wherever required

Positive isolation of all breakers.

All fault level breaking capacity indicates shall be IC.S value at 415 volts (ICS = ICU = ICW = 100%).

Space Heater/ light/air filter shall be provided for each vertical compartment

Padlocking facility shall be provided on all outgoing feeders.

All ACB’s/MCCB's shall have all standard accessories such as CT’s, Arc Chute, Safety Shutters etc.

Link and drops from ACB/MCCB shall be designed for full rated current of ACB/MCCB ratings at same current density as of Main Bus Bar
