S&F 4mm thick Non Asbestos (E-Board) designer tiles (Electra) suitably fixed in false ceiling grid/frame with staples or screws complete all as specified and as directed

S&F Powder coated aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm for false ceiling all as specified in repair

M&L 2 Coat of OBD in old painted surface including washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces of wall

Dismantling boarding, any description, fixed any position with nails

S &F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F Rolled sections as in framing for cladding, glazing and the like fixed with angle cleats and connecting platesof Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A etc.

S&F Solid PVC Wall Lining consisting of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet inclusive of solvent cement, 35mm th PVC sheet fillet in joints, PVC strips all and fixing at site on PVC frame of approved size, as per manufacture instructions, as per specifications, drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Taking down chowkats or frames N.exc 1.5 Sqm with shutter (without taking of shutter from the frame).

Taking down steel/aluminium windows/ventilator of any size with all fittings complete

Taking down Existing Aluminium door/windows of any size and description and refixing in same opening after repair/replacement of unserviceable fittings such as rollers /locking arrangements , neoprene beading etc to make the existing windows functional and making good disturbed surfaces all as directed by Engr-In-Charge

S&F powder coated Aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/ m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws, 5mm th glass(Plain/frosted) and all necessary arrangements including frame for chowkate etc. complete all as specified

M&L for powder coated aluminium two track, two shutters (of equal width), sliding type windows without sash bars including necessary jointing clips, rubber packing, neoprene rubber gasket, aluminium snap beading, screws, aluminium fittings, handles, locking arrangement (star lock), bearings (two No's for each sliding shutters) & 4.00mm thick plain glass for glazing with & including following powder coated sections as given in 'JINDAL' catalogue complete all as specified and as directed :- (i) Frame (Bottom) -20956 (ii) Frame (Top & Side)-20966 (iii) Shutter sertical (Handle lock)-20846. (ii) The shutters shall be placed in such a manner that at a time the entire width of window can be utilized as fully glazed window. (iii) The thickness of the powder coating shall not be less than 0.5 micron & the tint shall be as decided by GE. (iv) Sealing the gap of frame with Jamb and Cill (alround) using silicon gel at the rate of 0.05 lit/m for both faces of window.

Note :- (i) The window opening shall be provided with three shutters of equal width. (ii) Two shutters shall be glazed shutters & one shutter shall be with stainless steel wire cloth all as specified hereinbefore. (iii) The shutters shall be placed in such a manner that at a time the entire width of window can be utilized as fully glazed window and at time the same can be utilized as partly glazed and partly gauzed window. S&F 12mm th toughned glass doors of any size and design with suitable stainless steel patch fittings, locking arrangement, floor springs and 02/04 Nos 300mm long matt finish handles (fancy type) including necessary acid washing/scratching and with complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated ventilator partly fixed and partly louvered type without sash of bars, section as per designation 63400 of IS 737, frame and intermediate made out of aluminium section of size 50.80 x 25.40 x 0.95 mm (Catalogue No 14027 of M/s Jindal) including necessary heavy duty louvers (adjustable with locking arrangements), jointing clips, rubber packing, anodised snap beading, screws alongwith 4.00mm thick pin headed glass for louvers and glazing etc complete all as specified and as directed. S&F for 4 mm Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing as in Aluminiu windows, Doors, Ventilators etc in square/ rectangular shape n exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including taking out and removal of old glass all as directed.

S&F for 5 mm Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing as in Aluminiu windows, Doors, Ventilators etc in square/ rectangular shape exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane including taking out and removal of old glass all as directed.
