M & L for detaching the compressor of central AC plant , Make ACCEL SABROC model SMC 6/100 of capacity 50 ton from foundation and strip opening of compressor including cylinder head and rear cover for top over hauling and taking out sleeves, piston assy , valve plate assy , suction and discharge reeds , shaft seal assy, connecting rods, oil pump, oil filter for cleaning, oiling, greasing etc as required and Re-assembling the same complete after over hauling by supply and fixing packing gasket, big end bearing, main bearing bush, CR bush, thrust washer, gudgen pin, o ring and other minor spares as required and pressure testing the complete plants for any leakage of gas/oil , plugging the leakage and & charging to refrigerant gas R-22 and compressor oil N-68, up to adequate level and pressure. including testing , complete and all as specified. (Note : Spare parts, refrigerant R-22 and Compresser oil N-68 (Non freezing) for replacement shall be measured and paid separately as supply only) as below:-

Supply only piston complete with pin and ring set, gudgeon pin and circlip lock complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only small end bearing of connecting rod complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only big end bearing and connected rod complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only main bearing (front and rear) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only suction and discharge reads including tension springs complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Neoprene O ring complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only gear wheel set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only compressor gasket set complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only cylinder liner with suction valve complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only discharge valve read assembly all as specified and directed

M&L Dismantling of AHU and repair the leakage of cooling coil tray, removing of up to 50 TR chilled water cooling coil de-scaling of copper tubes cleaning washing of tubes and all as required and repair of rotating drum sand welding if required and replacing the worn out bracket bearing N 207/206 as required at site or directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replcement of angle valves (Brass) size 1/4 inch. Make : Pim / Sew / Brassomatic and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in replcement of capacity control 3 way solenoid valve suitable for Model SMC 6/100 ACCEL SABROC compressor. And all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Oil pressure safety switch suitable for 50 TR AC plant Make : Indfoss / Denfoss and all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of CI body butterfly valve disc regulating type 100mm dia. Make : CASTLE/ ADVICE complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of oil pump assembly of compressor of make Accel-Sabroc Model SMC6/100 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F pressure testing of refrigerant circuit with dry nitrogen and testing for leakages and vacuum complete all as specified and directed.

Opening of condenser (50 TR capacities) and end covers de-scaling of condenser copper tubes with acid and cleaning tubes of scale with brushing etc as required for 50 TR capacity all accessories required at site complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of pressure gauge for water 0-10 Kg/Cmsq including necessary fitting complete all as specified and directed. Make : Gluck/Fibig/Ramco

M&L in replacement of non freezing compressor oil complete all as specified and directed.Make Servo/HPCL/BPCL

M&L for charging R-22 gas of make Mafron or equivalent as approved complete all as specified and directed. by GE/Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fix in replacement of MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts 3 phase 630 Amps 36 KA, thermal magnetic release S1 -01 No (incoming) complete all as specified and directed. Make : L&T/ Legrand /Siemens

M & L for LT underground Cable XLPE insulated, heavy duty armoured sheathed 1100 volts grade 35 Sq mm, 3.5 core, with aluminium conductor, ISI marked as per IS : 7098(Part-1) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide in any type of soil for laying and taking out of GI/CI pipes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L Returning filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25m thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cleaning of cooling Tower with MEC/MAC solution, rubbing and cleaning with nylon brush and removing dirt from coil fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Disconnecting electrically, dismentling and rewinding of cooling tower motor with all unsv parts of 3 phase 415 volts any type, make and capacity 5 to 7.5 HP cutting and removing existing burnt/short circuited winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves and surfaces, re-winding the motor with superior quality enamelled copper winding wire duly ISI marked of suitable gauge for same Nos of coils and turns including insulation material such as sleeves, lathorised fiber glass, cotton/PVC tape, varnish etc reassembling the motor complete and refixing at site and making connection electrically all as specified and directed

Notes : The Schedule of Credit amount shall be deducted from the total of this schedule(BoQ) to arrive at Contract Sum.
