Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and fair with out using extra cement.

Removing loose concrete/plaster upto sound stratum of ceiling chajjas, coloumns andbeams and cleaning the surface with water using water jet etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material &Labour for rendering 10 mm thick on brick/concrete surfaces of wall in CM 1:6 finish even and smooth without using extra cement .

Material &Labour TMT bars 10 mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required & welded to the existing reinforcement as addtional bars at any height not exeeding 11.5 m height including all safety precautions of locations.

Material &Labour welding in repair to reinforcement to old steel bars exc 2.5 cm in length and n.exc 5cm thick.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type B2 using (40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, paving and hard standing ete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of a portion of RCC as in roof slab, beams, chajja etc including all care for safty of structures.

M&L pre painted galvalume aluminium zine coating Gibased corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified.

M & L MS hollow section and flat iron 40x6mm for post & struts in grill/Gate including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting, etc conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L for mild steel square bars 12 mm dia , cut to length, bent to shape required for Grill/Gate all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
