Providing Services for Manning and Operation of 3 x 60 TR & 2 x 40 TR AC Plant installed at Signal Enclave Delhi Cantt-10, having water cooled type chilled plant including chilled water pump for supplying chilled water to all Air Handing Units (AHUs) and various load centers from users including chilled water line to augment the capacity as per the requirement round the clock in three shift including Sunday and Gazetted holiday including provisioning of daily, weekly maintenance schedule stipulated and specified to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The plant will be operated by three refrigerator Mechanic (Skilled) per day (one refrigerant Mechanic for each shift of eight hours). The plant comprising of the following :- (i) Central AC Plant of Cap 3 X 60 TR at TRC Signal Enclave (a) Water cooled chiller package cap 60 TR complete with condenser - 03 Nos, Make Voltas. (b) Mono block pump set cap 10 HP for condenser - 02 Nos Make Kirloskar. (c) Mono block pump set cap 10 HP for chiller pump2900 RPM - 02 Nos Make Kirloskar. (d) AHU complete 15000 CFM 4 RD Coil - 01 Nos, Make - Waves. (e) AHU complete 20000 CFM 4 RD Coil - 01 Nos, Make - Waves. (f) Switch Board (LT Panel) for main plant -01 Nos, Make L&T (g) Switch Board (LT Panel for AHU frrm complete - 02 Nos, Make - L&T (h) Cooling tower complete with electric motor 5 HP - 01 Nos & Syntax lank cap 3000 ltr make - Mihir. (ii) Central AC Plant of Cap 2 X 40 TR at ASDC Signal Enclave (a) Reciprocating type compressor Make Voltas - 02 Nos. (b) Compressor motor 50 HP, 3 phase, 50 C/S. - 02 Nos. (c) Condenser shall and tube 40 TR cap - 02 Nos. (d) Condenser water pump set 5 HP - 02 Nos. (e) AHU with cooling coil Dx type and blower motor complete - 01 Nos. (f) Electric control panel in plant room complete - 01 Nos. (g) Control line device such as expansion valve, thermostat, solenoid valve, HP/LP cut off, oil failure gauge installed making electrical connection, testing and commissioning complete - 01 Nos.
