Fabricating supplying and fixing in position screw gearing steel shutter of size 50mm thick for the following sizes made of 50mmx50mmx6mm mild steel angle covered by 6mm mild steel angles welded with the frame on one side providing a guest plate of 6mm thick of mild steel sheet welded at the top of shutter providing access to fit screw gearing rod of 50mm dia shaft of suitable length threaded for required length from top providing of 150x75mm rolled steel joist 1500m length for the top of masonry, head wall at correct position and to be anchored by means of 2 Nos. of 50x50x6mm steel plates bend at the ends to hold the top beam at correct position and with 16mm mild steel bolt, 450mm long split bottom providing a cast iron head threaded assembly with base plate of size 240x240x20mm and head threaded inside to suit the steam rod with locking nut and to be fixed over the top beam by means of 16mm thick mild steel rods and 50 x 6mm mild steel plates to suit the head nut and providing 2 Nos. of guide channel of 75x40x7.10 Km/m for suitable length to be fixed for 0.60 m x 0.75 m
