Supplying & fixing LED character backlit signage board with IP 65 protection and letters made out of 3mm thick acrylic sheet with 2.5 inch raise. Fixing the power LED's modules with inbuilt current controller & required number of SMPS power supply. Signage base is 3mm thick aluminium composite panel of approved color with body shell in MS pipe frame. Color of LED and font size as desired by the competent authority and approximately letters 12", matter: 6", English: 15" Power LED modules shall be flexible parallel connected with 30mA rating super flex LED's typically operating at 20mA with efficient 70 lumens pwe watt, life span of m more than 50,000 hours and power consumption of not more than 0.5W per module and having operating temperature range of -10°C to 60°C LPM technology for enhanced LED life, complete in all respect i.e. connecting the same supply wires specially designed for power LEDs, Outdoor grade, sunlight resistant wires with operating temperature upto 105° C with proper end cap. The work is to be done as per approved sample and as per approved drawing inclusive of iron framing of required size as per site requirement etc. as required. Make: Samsung / Osram / LG.

SITC of multicolor NEON sign board, durable IP-60 Outdoor type contains open sign letters pasted on Aluminium composite panel bright colored (material used shall be acrylic, ABS, plastic epoxy resin) with low power consumptions. Life of approximately 50,000 hours. Tubing in external diameter from about 8 to 16 mm and 1mm wall thickness as design approved by the client/competent authority. Tube coating of phosphorescent powder. The tube will be affixed on acrylic letter with binding material the finished pieces of letters will be energized by switch mode power supply (SMPS), Voltage rating between 2-15 KV and current between 18 and 30 mA which is controlled by suitable rating power transformer and binding the frame by stainless steel (304 grade) with smooth finish as per direction by Engineer-in-charge etc. as required.

Providing and fixing MS structure for erection of above boards (item 1 & 2) including providing MS gutter at both sides fabricated with 2 nos. 100x75x10 mm angle iron, 1 no. angle iron around board including cutting and welding to suitable height as per site. Fixing properly with suitable fasteners, bolts and nuts washer, painting with 2 coated red oxide and 1 coat enamel paint including connecting the panel to the nearest power source by using suitable lifting crane etc. as per required.

Excavation for foundation in soft soil including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 meters.

Providing and laying in position reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) in foundation of pumps, DG set etc. including form work etc. as required (excluding reinforcement)

Providing brick work (in width 225mm or more) with FPS bricks of class designation 7.5 in cement mortar 1:4 ((1 cement : 4 coarse sand) at all levels.

Providing and fixing Hot press molded SMC boxes of reqd size 250 x 200 x 105 mm suitable for street light i/c supplying & fixing neutral bar, 16 amp 'C' series SPMCB i/c connection with proper thimbling etc. after dismantling the corroded boxes from the existing wall etc. as reqd.(Hinged type) Make: Sintex GSJB 2520

Supplying and fixing 5 A to 32 A rating, 240/415 V, 10 kA, "C" curve, miniature circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB DB complete with connections, testing and commissioning etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed, armoured copper conductor industrial cable of 1.1 KV grade etc. as required and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. - 3x2.5 sq.mm copper cable
