Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / in foundation trenches or drains (n.exc 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil a directed, within a lead of 50 m for all kind of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:4:8, type D2 (using 40 mm graded agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in coping and benching including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers of 10mm thick and 5mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement, using water proofing compound in top layer complete all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only")

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes bore of pipe 150 mm (internal dia), class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Reinforced concrete pipes bore of pipe 600 mm (internal dia), class NP-2, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm grade stone aggregate) to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing pre-cast cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) as in Manhole cover slabs, chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality conforming complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm in hard / dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brickwork built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement on internal surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying 3mm wall putty and two coat of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on internal surfaces of walls including scaffolding arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from frames) exc 1.5 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each including making good disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Cutting holes in brick walls in cement mortar for inserting holdfasts and making good dismantled portion in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required for exc half brick but n.exc one brick thick walls complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Second class hard wood plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints supplied and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Second class hardwood 30mm thick glazed and skeleton window/vent shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze etc., with sash bars, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc., sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (b) and supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparing surfaces of new wood or wood based surfaces any description not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Sheet glass, ordinary quality, 4 mm thickness and glazing with oil putty or wooden beading in square n.exc. 0.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Stainless steel wire cloth. 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75mm size of mild steel butt hinges, medium weight, cold rolled complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F Extruded aluminium alloy handles, fabricated type, anodised 75 mm long complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and / or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.
