Constructing Inspection Providing massonery chamber /box type 250 mm thick 1st class brick work (1:4) in all sides over a layer of jhama brick soling and 150 mm thick cement concrete with stone chips (1:3:6) including necessary earth work, fitting and fixing approved type S.W. master trap, constructing masonry invert with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) with stone chips, plastering inside and outside (outside upto 300mm below G.L.) with 20 mm thick cement plastering (1:4) and neat cement punning,including with R.C.C. slab of 100 mm thick with cement concrete (1:1.5:3) withstone chips including necessary reinforcement (upto 1%) and shuttering and necessary corbelling brick work (1:4) with suitable size appx 1200 mm X 1200 mm (inside) chamber and appx 1200 mm depth (below the Ground level ) as per requirement at the condition of site & to complete the same direction of EIC as because HT cable also run in future nearer to the of approved make With Pakur variety at the time of construction the Inspection chamber with the arrangement of fixing the above Hume/GI pipe on both side wall of the chamber for easy laying of various cables in future from Sub Station to Hospital and fill up the chamber with loose sand as per direction of EIC

Supply & Fixing and placing special type RCC concreate slab of size 1800 mm x 1800 mm x 100 mm thick made with 8 mm dia TMT Rod with sand ,cement & stone chips motter by casting arrangement incl necessary matching & lifting arrangement as per direction of E.I.C

Supply & Laying of following sizes Hume pipe PWD appvd make with appx 25 mm thk reinforced cement concrete pipe NP3/NP2 with with coller etc spigot socket for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing with cement mortar 1:2 to comp the job 300 mm (12" ) dia from HT Gear Room of WBSEDCL to HT Gear Room of PMSSY-III via existing HT inspection chamber as per requirement & direction of EIC

Supply & Fabrication and placeing special type MS cheeaker plate made of 6 mm thick incl 30 mm x 30 mm x 6 mm MS angle iron structure welded at 4 sides in cable trench top with 2 nos 3/8" TMT handle rod incl gas cutting, grinding & drilling with one coat of red laid primer and one coats of synthetic enamel paint as per direction of EIC.

Supply & laying 11 KV grade 3 core 240 sq.mm. XLPE(E) HT armoured cable laying as follows..as per direction of EIC on Masonary trench.

Supply & Fixing of Heat Shrinkbale Indoor Type Cable End jointing kits suitable for 11KV(E), 3C X 240 Sq mm XLPE ( E) HT cable incl S & F jointing Kits , with epoxy / polyurethane resin based kits, tapes, push on kits, multiconductor construciton etc. (make Raycham RPG/ PWD appvd ) by expert HT cable jointer with Co's own tools & tackles as per direction of EIC

Supply & Fixing of suitable angle/flat iron bracket for holding the HT jointing unit with all necy. Materials at the HT Gear end. as per direction of EIC

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming as to GS. For morrum soil

Earthing with 80 mm dia GI pipe (TATA-Medium)x 3.0 Mts.long and 1 No. 65 mm x 8 mm galvanized (Hot Dip) steel strip (4 Mts. long), 20 mm dia x 125 mm long galvanized bolt, double nuts, double washers including finishing both ends by making holes etc. and S & F 80 mm dia GI pipe (ISI-Medium) protection (3 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level to an average depth of 3.65 Mts (for WBSEDCL HT Gear - 2 nos, Existing Sub Station- Tr-1- 4 nos, Existing Sub Station- Tr-2- 4 nos, LT Room-2 nos ).

Extra for treatment of soil by using salt & charcoal or coke for pipe electrode neutral earth.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe as to GS.

Supplying & fixing earth busbar of galvanized (Hot Dip) MS flat 65 mm x 8 mm on wall having clearance of 6 mm from wall including providing drilled holes on the busbar complete with GI bolts, nuts, washers, spacing insulators etc. as requiredr as to GS.

Connecting the equipment body to earth bus-bar incl.S & F galvanized (Hot-Dip) MS flat 50 x 6 mm on wall/floor with GI saddle incl. nuts, bolts, washers & spacing insulator as to GS.

Arrange the tempurary Electrical Power for the HT related work from HT Gear Room of WBSEDCL to HT Gear Room of PMSSY-III building by running the DG set and to complete the work with the help of DG and Cost of fuel (HSD) to be reimbursed as per the prevaling market rate as per direction of EIC

Top Up / Pouring of Diesel oil for the DG sets, as per requirement time to time including transportation charges from nearest petrol pump to Hospital & direction of EIC
