| 5.00Note : (i) Joint Filling work is to be executed in highly restricted area, maximum work will be executed during non flying hours and time frame will be restricted. However contractor have to retain / deploy the labourers up to 24 hours in each day of contract period to address / rectify the emergency complaints. In case of emergency contractor to provide labour at short notice of time failure to complete the work services the recovery @ minimum wages of male mazdoor, declared by CLC plus 10% penalty. (ii) Contractor (himself or through supervisor) have to get directions daily from Engineer-in-Charge to carrying out work as per requirement.
