Schedule 'A' Part-I General Note applicable for serial item No 2.00 & 3.00 of BoQ (Sch 'A' Contractors attention is hereby invited that estimated cost of serial item No 2.00 & 3.00 is Rs. 17,68,800.00. Quoted amount against serial item No. 2.00 & 3.00 is less than the amount the work (Estimated of serial item No. 2.00 & 3.00 of BoQ) then lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days from financial bid opened difference in Estimated cost & quoted amount of serial item No. 2.00 & 3.00 before evaluation of financial bid for acceptance of tender, failing which lowest tender will not be accepted. FDR submitted at the time of Acceptance of bid will be realesed only after satisfactory proof of payment of deployed person under the respective item No. 2.00 & 3.00 of BoQ.

Manning and Operation of Chilled water type Central Air Conditioning Plant capacity 3x50 TR capacity (02 working and 01 standby) installed at ATC and Package type Air Conditioning Plant (Air cooled) capacity 3x11 TR (02 working and 01 standby) installed at GCA and Air conditioning Plant capacity 3x10 TR (02 working and 01 standby) installed at PAR including (DG Set capacity 500 KVA) Electric Supply installation and Water Supply installation with one operator in three shift, each shift of 8 hours for 24 hours continuous operation every day to maintain inside design temperature condition as specified, including Sunday/Holidays with carring out daily maintenance, Daily and weekly check up, Monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per maintenance schedule, replacement/repairs of consumable parts i.e greasing of motor bearings, gasket, shellacs, rubber insertion sheets, neoprene rings, fues, water seal, cotton waste, kerosene oiI, arrangement of labour and tools for smooth functioning of all Plants, complete all as specified and directed.

Manning and Operation of Chiller type Air Conditioning plant (Water cooled) capacity 2x11 TR (01 working and 01 Standby) installed at Base Ops and Air conditioning plant capacity 3x8.5 TR (02 working and 01 Standby) installed at Signal Section and Air conditioning Plant capacity 3x22 TR (02 working and 01 Standby) installed at UAV (3002 Sqn) and Air conditioning Plant capacity 3x22 TR (02 working and 01 Standby) installed at HQ 2260 Sqn including Pump House at UAV (3002 Sqn) with one operator in three shift, each shift of 8 hours for 24 hours continuous operation every day of month continuous operation including sundays/holidays in a day to day maint inside design temperature condition as specified, including the maintenance, daily and weekly check up, Monthly, quarterly and half yearly maint as per maint schedule, replacement/repairs consumable parts, Greasing of motor bearings, Gasket, shellacs, rubber insertion sheets, neoprene rings, fues, water seal, cotton waste, kerosene oiI, arrangement of labour and tools for smooth functioning of plants complete all as specified and directed. Note for serial item No. 2.00 & 3.00:- (i) All installation considered in serial item No. 2.00 & 3.00 shall be operated by one operator in one shift, hence three operator for three shifts. (ii) The timing of operation in shifts shall be decided by the department and same shall be followed by the contractor.

Note for serial item No. 2.00 & 3.00 (Contd....) (iii) During maintenance & operation of AC Plants and DG Sets, if loss of refrigerant and compressor oil take place due to negligence/ misshandling of plant by the contractor’s operators and the same shall be made good by the contractor and cost for the same shall deemed to included in unit rate quoted by the contractor against respective items of Sch ‘A’. (iv) In the event of failure to achieve specified inside condition for any shift or part thereof due to non operation or by other reasons (Except failure of incoming electric/water supply at AC installations) contractor shall be penalized at double the rates, what quoted for against above respective items of Schedule ‘A’ Part-I.

Note for serial item No. 2.00 & 3.00 (Contd....) (v) Unit rates quoted by the contractor shall deemed to be included for three shifts and incase of decrease in shifts, the adjustment of rates shall be done proportionately. Contractor shall provide proper manning to give rest to the deployed person for sunday/holiday. For this purpose contractor shall provide one extra manpower. (vi) Daily attendance shall be marked in attendance register by the JE Concerned attandance shall be checked weekly at least by the EIC and monthly by the GE. (vii) Dos" and Don'ts" standing orders of operating machines maintinance programme shall be displayed in each instalation. (viii) Log book, log sheet shall be filled shift wise. (ix) Operator shall be in proper uniform As approved by the GE and cost of uniform shall be included in the rate quoted by the Tenderer. (x) Surrounding area shall be kept clean and tidy.Tool required for cleaning is deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the Tenderer. (xi) Unit rates quoted by the tenderrs shall deem to include for Nuts, bolts, Washers, Lugs, Thimbles, wires, terminal clamps, disttiled water required for efficient and smooth functioning of the equipment with out any extra cost to the Govt.

Note for serial item No. 2.00 & 3.00 (Contd....) (xii) Tenderer shall arrange insurance to his work men and relevent proofs of the same shall be submitted to the department before commencement of work. The cost for the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (xiii) Absent from duty of operator is not permissible as E&M services essential in nature. However, found penalty will be levied Rs 800.00 per men per shift and recovery from bill shall be done through recovery statement. (xiv) Tenderer shall arrange insurance to his workmen and relevant proofs of the same shall be submitted to department as and when demanded, the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the rate quoted. Responsibility of compliance of labour regulations in force lies with the tenderer. The provision of statutory laws relating to minimum wages, EPF, ESI payments shall be strictly adhered to by the contractor. The Contractor shall produce proof of payment of wages, EPF and ESI against the respective workmen while claiming payments, The contractor shall employee deployee ITI holder or 05 years experience and recognized govt institute and produce the documents.

Schedule 'A' Part-II Gas R-22 for charging as per existing equipments complete all as specified and directed.

Refrigerant Gas R-407c for charging as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Finding out the leakage and pressure test with filling N2 gas inside of the condensor and cooling coil of Chiller Package (Water cooled) Air Conditioning Plant capacity 11/12.5 TR including dismantling the same for repair the leakage point by brazing/soldering including taking down and refixing the unit and testing the AC unit complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, opening and reassembling after replacement of unserviceable spare parts of Monoblock pump set (Horizontal type) capacity 5 HP, 415 volts including dismantling the pump, replacement of mechanical water seal as bearing and lock etc as required, reconnection, re-fixing in same position, transportation to workshop and back and refixing at site and testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- Unit rates quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding.

Descaling of Condenser unit of Air Conditioning Plant complete with Descaling Chemical (SCALE2/38249022) including cooling tower complete all as specified and directed. Note : Three number chillar unit will be considered as one Job.

Drier filter suitable for ductable/package type Air Conditioner Plant size 5/8" in repair Make: Danfoss/indofoss complete all as specified and directed.

Cooling Tower fins of suitable size as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

AHU Belt of suitable size as per sample all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Finner or equivalent.

Cooling tower Sprinkler assembly as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

AHU filters 90%upto 5 Micron of suitable size in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Cooling tower Strainer filter as per existing complete all as specified and directed.

Dehumidifier thermostate as per existing complete all as specified and directed

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing Compressor scroll type Copper wound working on R-407c, capacity 5.0 TR and compressor shall be equipped with sunction and discharge stop valves, sunctions, strainer, oil pump with oil strainer, high pressures switch and safety valves and gauges oil measuring the sunction and discharge pressure and the coil pressure shall be provied. Compressor shall be provided with unloading starting device and crank case heater system shall be provided including taking down old unserviceable compressor complete all as specified and directed. Make : Copeland Scroll Model Number ZR72KC-TFD-522, Serial No. 03B0903AT or equivalnet of Kirloskar/ELG.

M2VPD of current range 5-30 Amp, Auxiliary Supply 230 Volt grade, 50 Hz, AC Supply, 5 Sec Curve MPD including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Rewinding of electric motor capacity 2.0 HP, AC supply including removal of existing burnt winding wire carefully from the slots, propper cleaning the slots thoroughly with necessary cleaning agent, applying slot insulation and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper winding wire of same gauge, size and same weight and same number of turns as that of existing and connecting the coils suitable with insulating mataerial and reassembling and re-fixing in the same position complete all as specified and directed.
