Providing and fixing aluminum work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with dash fastener of required dia. and size including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions i.e, at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / panelling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as perarchitectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (glazing,panelling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately.) for fixed portions: Powder coated aluminum (minimum thickness of powder coated 50 microns).

Providing and fixing of wooden computer workstation / table (s) with table top made of MDF board or pre laminated particle board (19mm thick) with all inds of fixtures involved i/c slidable keyboard tray, foot rest, handles, knobs, locks, split glass partitions, popup switch, hinges etc (complete job) as directed by Engineer in charge. (Surface Area of top to be measured).

P/F of toughened glass of 8mm thickness including cost of all accessorries complete job as directed by EIC at site complete.

P/F of aluminium composite panel in vertical and horizontal surface using 3mm thick aluminium composite panel multi coloured (Fire retardent) ceiling , ventilator shutters and partitions etc with EPDM rubber gasket, taping, waterproof silicon sealant or as required at site complete in all respect at all heights as specified using stainless steel screws, nuts, washers, cleats, whether silicone sealant backer rods etc including scaffolding at all heights as per the directions of concerned Engineer-in-charge at site complete.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventillator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in charge. With floating glass panes of 5.0mm thickness ( weight not less than 10.00kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS : 6315 marked, having brand logo embossed on the body/plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 kg for doors including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S. sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. With Stainless steel cover plate minimum 1.25mm thickness

Providing &fixing stainless steel (SS-304 grade) adjustable friction windows stays of approved quality with necessary stainless steel screws etc. to the side hung windows as per direction of Engineer-in-charge 255x19mm

Providing and fixing Brass 100mm mortice latch and lock with 6levers without pair of handles (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete.

Providing and fixing aluminum round shape handle of outer dia 100mm with SS screws etc. Complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge Powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron aluminum
