The Non-Conviction Certificate should contain the details of this tender without fail. In case of non- availability of the Non-Conviction Certificate at the time of submission of the tender, the acknowledgement receipt of the application made to State Drug Control Authority should be placed along with the tender.    The tenders shall submit a copy of notarized affidavit on a non- judicial stamp paper stating that all their statements/documents submitted along with bid are true and factual.
