Supply, installation, testing and commissioining of Centrifugal End Suction back pull out, pump set conforming to IS for feeding to filters. The pump shall be suitable for the given duty points. Each pump is of 100 % Capacity ( There are total 6 pumps. Out of six pumps, four will be working and two will be remain as stand by as shown in drawing) (i) Water Quantity for each pump - 2315 LPM (ii) Static Head - 30 M (iii) Speed - 1450 RPM (iv) Impeller - Bronze (v) Shaft - High Tensile steel (vi) Pump/motor body- CI (vii) Seal - Mechanical (viii) Motor - Suitable HP, Sqirrel Cage SPDP,Class 'B' Insulation, energy efficient conforming to IS 12615 (ix) Starter - Soft star delta starter including over voltage under voltage relay and phase preventer system. The pipe shall be of class K-9. The pipe shall be laid above ground in plant and up to filters as shown in drawing. After activated carbon filter pipe line will be laid underground. Contractor shall quote rate accordingly. Note:(a) All pipes, pipe supports,structures shall be painted with 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer and lettering with white paint including marking direction of flow. ' (b) Excavation, returning , filling shall be measured separately and paid for schedule A Part-VIII. (c) Pipes above ground shall rest on brick pillar at min 1 mtr interval. Cost of brick pillar shall be paid separately for schedule A Part - V.

Cutting of existing Di pipe line of 400 mm dia in position for insertion of bend to take pipe line to proposed new sedimentation tank as shown in drawing.

Supply, instal, test and commission out door step down transformer of capacity 315 KVA, 11KV/ 433V, 3 phase, 4 wire,50z with oil immersed naturally cooled delta connected on HV side and star connected on LV side in accordance with vector symbol Dyn-11 with neutral brought out on secondary side and having taping copper wound complete with first fill of oil with OFF load tapping on HT side to vary secondary voltage within limit of ±7 1/2 % in step of 2.5% by means of OFF load Tap changer. Maximum temp rise shall not exceed 45° Celesius on oil and 55 degree Celsius in HV/ LV windings when measurd by resistance method Transformer shall conform to IS- 1180 level 3. Supply, laying, fixing, testing and commissioning of MS pipe 219/13 mm outer dia pipe having thickness 6.3 mm as per IS 3589, in standard length suitable for flanged joint. The pipe shall be laid above ground in plant room and up to filters as shown in drawing. After activated carbon filter pipe line will be laid underground. Contractor should quote rate accordingly.

Butter fly valves (Manual) with CI body of 200 mm dia, stainless steel disc,nitrile rubber seal & O ring, suitable for PN 1.0 (10 Bar) rating for fixing to 200 mm pipe complete all as specified.

Outsourcing of services for operation & regular maintenance of installations for filtration plant in three shift of 8 hours each (each shift shall have 01 ITI Qualified person and 01 Helper) for 24 hours continous operation including sundays and holidays in a day to day maint condition as specified, including the following maintenance :- (1) Daily and weekly check up (2) Monthly, quarterly and half yearly maintenance as per maintenance schedule (3) To info concerned incharge if any abnormal activity during running is being observed (i) Greasing of motor bearings (ii) Gasket, schellacs, rubber (4) To maintain the log sheet of pump House, Pump & DG Set include logsheet Arrangement of labour and tools for smooth functioning of plants, all as specified and directed by Enginner-in-Charge. Note :- The contractor while quoting rate shall take into account for EPF, ESIC, Bonus, Overhead Profit, LWC and GST to be paid at applicable rates alongwith payment of minimum wages to the personnel employed at worksite into this item only. Contractor shall ascertain & consider above mentioned contributions while quoting & nothing extra shall be admissible to the contractor on this account.
