Flush pointing with C.M 1:3, for the exposed faces of R.R. masonry including cost of cement, raking charges, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Reinforced cement concrete in C.C. 1:1 ½ :3 mix using 12 to 20mm HBG machine crushed metal for Plinth beams including cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, vibration charges, with shuttering, all leads, lifts, as per standard specification, etc., complete. (but excluding cost of steel reinforcement.)

Brick work in C.M. 1:5 using class II chamber burnt bricks for super structure including, cost of cement, all materials, labour, curing, all leads and lifts, as per standard specification, etc., complete.

Providing RCC 1:11/2:3 mix using 12 to 20 mm HB stone jelly for Compound post including cost of all materials, with form work and curing cost lead and lift etc., complete but exculuding cost of reinforcement etc complete

Supplying and fabrication of steel reinforcement and placing in position tying with binding wire including cost of all materials, labour charges etc., Complete as directed by the Engineer incharge.

Plastering with CM 1:5 -12mmtk including cost of cement, labour, curing, all leads and lifts etc., complete as per standard specification..

White washing two coats the innerand Outer walls with approved quality of white cement including cost of all materials, scaffolding, Labour, Leads & , Lifts and as directed by Engineer at site. etc.
