Supply & fix in repair Rain water harvesing UPVC Pipes ,ISI Mark ,110 mm dia ,confirm to IS 4985 ,Single socketed pipe ,Heavy duty Solvent cement welded all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Note:- (i) Pipeline shall be tested by contractor at rainy time after fixing. (ii)Ladder charges will be included in the above quoted rates for working at height of 10 Mtr of Building. (iii) Amount shall be paid after testing of pipe line .

Taking down Old unserviceable UPVC Pipes all as per directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fix in repair Rain water harvesting filter of inlet size 110 mm dia and outlet dia 110 mm dia,Drain oulet 20 mm dia,Made of weather proof polyvinyl chloride including filter mesh of suitable size including taking down old all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply & fix PVC Pipe clamp suitable to fix 110 mm dia UPVC Pipe on wall by two number screw at distance of 600 mm including taking down old piece all as directed by engineer in charge.

Supply & fix in repair PVC door bend of size 110 mm dia ,any degree ,Heavy duty Solvent cement welded including taking down old all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .

Supply & fix in repair PVC single door TEE of size 110 mm dia ,any degree, Heavy duty Solvent cement welded including taking down old piece all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .

Supply & fix in repair Rain water harvesing UPVC Pipes ,ISI Mark ,25 mm dia,confirm to IS 4985 ,Single socketed pipe ,Heavy duty Solvent welded including taking down all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Note:- Pipeline shall be tested by contractor after fixing.

Supply & fix in repair Rain water harvesing UPVC Gate valves ,25 mm dia including taking down all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Material and labour Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3,80 mm dia laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply & fix in Filter mesh size 240 microns ,Made of stainless steel screen of media SS304 of RWH filter of size 110 mm dia including taking down all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

M&L for cutting road / hard standing to depth not exceeding 120 CM and to width not exceeding 100 CM for laying RCC pipes and making good the disturbed surfaces by 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge .

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for PVC pipes all as specified and directed by engineer in charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cms in hard/dense soil.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Supplying and laying of CPVC pipes of size 20 mm dia SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors complete all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .

Refix the UPVC 100 mm Pipe after cleaning all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

M &L for cleaning of PVC Rain water harvesting tanks by removing all scale ,dirt ,mud ,any foreign material,accumulated silt,other dirty substance ,algae,fungus and any other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank ,cleaning shall be done by draining /pumping out water /sludge from bottom, by high pressure water jet of pressure not less than 120 PSI for removing clogged mud /scales etc and cleaning the same again with self priming pumped water and disinfecting the water tank by using UV radiator and approved chemical (chlorite),after cleaning writing letter of size not less then 6 CM /figures (Date of cleaning and next due date of cleaning) on black back ground with white synthetic enamel paint including removing existing letter/figures complete all as specified and as directed for water tank of capacity of capacity 2000 ltrs complete all as specified. Note: Water shall be supplied by contractor for cleaning of service tank.

All as per Item No 17 but of Capacity exceeding of Capacity 1000 Ltrs .

M & L for dewatering from Under ground Rain water harvesing tank of 5000 Ltr Gallon capacity of size 4.20 mtr dia and 4.50 mtr depth , cleaning internal walls, bottom of sump by removing scales and other foreign materials, scrubbing with coir/ jute brushes using water, washing the surfaces with mixture of bleaching powder and water, finally washing with fresh water on walls, bottom surface etc, applying two coats of white wash inside and outside as existing colour wash and writing letters( font Size 6 CM,Stencil type)on the wall i.e. capacity of tank, Date of cleaning, Due date for next cleaning, etc with synthetic enamel paint complete as specified and directed.

Painting work of Mild steel Wire mesh and MS ladder of Rain water harvesting tank of size 5000 Gallons Capacity of size 4.20 mtr dia and 4.50 mtr depth by one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of plastic weather proof blue paint all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

M&L for cleaning of Rain water harvesing recharge pits of size 1 mtr dia and 4 meter depth by removing all scale ,dirt ,mud ,any foreign material,accumulated silt,other dirty substance ,algae,fungus and any other bacterial material from sides/bottom of tank ,cleaning shall be done by draining /pumping out water /sludge from bottom and changing existing Natural boulders of size 5 to 20 CM , Natural gravels of size 5 to 10 mm ,sand of size 1.5 mm to 2 mm and netlon mesh all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .

Material and labour Mild steel notice board of size 1 mtr length and 1 mtr width ,Airforce blue colour painted,Fitted above 1.5 mtr above ground ,Made of MS 5 mm thick sheet and angle iron of size 50 x 50x 5 mm thick of length -10 Mtr ,Alphanumeric words font height 50 MM ,width 15 CM ,Word quantity 80 by white paint all as specified and direcetd by engineer in charge .

Supply and Fixing in repair of 1000 ltrs capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks for rain water harvesting ,Triple layers (cylindrical vertical with closed top) as per IS-12701-1996 hoisted and fixed in position with lid cover including taking down all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repair Bib taps, cast copper alloy of 20 mm dia with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed including taking down all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Supply and fix in repair PVC Lid tank cover of Tank capacity 2000 ltrs,Screwed or Locking arrangement , including taking down complete all as specified. Note-Tank cover shall be fixed to the existing tank by two Number MS Screw

M&L Pre cast cement concrete block masonry with Bricks in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate exc 10cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brickwork or concrete surfaces finished fair and even all as specified and as directed.

Testing charges(Monthly) for water supplied by BWSSB ( Bacteriological,Physical and chemical includes) by any NABL Accredited lab/ISO 9001:2015 Certified lab ,Cauvery pump house Water sample will be collected by Je e/m , deposited to Lab and charges will be borned by Contractor all as specified and directed by engineer in charge .

Taking down old Storage water tank of any capacity all as per directed by engineer in charge.
