Plain/Reinforced Cement Concrete in Open Foundation complete as per Drawing and Technical Specifications. RCC Grade M25

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in super-structure complete as per drawing and technical specifications

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with a lift upto 1.5m , transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300.1 and 300.2 with a lead upto 1000m as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5.

Supply of 900mm Dia NP-3 Hume Pipe (As per SOR Ch -1 Item No. - 12)

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification Clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled 08-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (WBM Grading-II)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled 08-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/ binding Materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density as per Technical Specification Clause 405 (WBM Grading-III)

Providing and applying primer coat with slow setting bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applyingTack coat with VG-10 bitumen on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.35 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per Technical Specification Clause 503

Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel 0-100 kN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of either Type A or Type B or Type C as per Technical Specification Clause 508 MORD.

Providing and laying seal coat by manual means with VG- 10 grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using Type C (As per MORD Specification.)
