The values of executed work shall be brought to current costing level by enhancing the actual value of (AS PER NIT)

RequiredTurnover-Average annual financial turnover on above works should be at least 50Percent of the estimated cost put to tender during the immediate last three consecutive financial years.

RequiredProfit/loss - The bidder should not have incurred any loss (profit after tax should be positive)in more than two years during available last five consecutive balance sheet, duly audited and certified by the Chartered Accountant.
