Uprooting Jhunds

Providing, laying, Spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing rolling with smooth wheel 80-100 kN roller in stages to proper grade and camber applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates watering and compecting to required density (G-2) . as per MORD specification no 405.2 .

Providing laying Prime coat With Bitumen emulsion (SS-1 astm) on prepared surface of granular base inculding cleaning of road surfafe and spraying prime coat of 0.60 kg/sqm using mechnical means as technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade using bitumen pressure distributer at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm on the preparedbitumen surface treated with primer & cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Providing, Laying and rolling of open grades premix carpet 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6 mm aggregates using VG-10 grade bitumen to required line grade and level to serve as wearing course on previously prepared bae icluding mix in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 kN static rooler capacity finished to required level as per MORD specification clause 508. Providing and applying seal coat by pavour machine with 80/100 grade bitumen sealing the voids in bitumens surface laid to the specified levels grade and cross fall using type C as per technical Specification Clause 510

Provodomg amd laying of hot applied thermoplastic copmpound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms/sqm area. Thickness of 2.5 mm is exlusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finishedd surface must be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes. Rates are inclusive of all taxes, royalty, etc. all T&P /machine material and labour required for proper completion of work.

Earthwork in filled shoulder and pits on road by Power transported earth with a lead of 200 m to 1.00 km i/c excavation, loading, unloading, manual compaction dressing, slope and all lifts etc complete.

Brick Edging on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7 cm wide 11 cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required] template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth as directed by the Engineer in charge
