M & L for Point wiring on conduit with 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor single core PVC insulated sheathed 1100 V multistranded drawn through conduit and including rigid PVC conduit and conduit accessories of suitable dia medium grade and pressed steel terminal boxes of 2 mm thick MS duly painted with red oxide metal primer including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement covered with 3 mm thick laminated hylam sheet including running up of 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly for fixing the switches/ sockets/ regulators etc all as specified for for exhaust fan point.

Description all as per item No 1 here-in-before but using 2.5 Sq mm FRLS single core copper conductor cable of multistranded PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts grade for 5/15 Amps switch socket combination point including running of 2.5 Sq mm FRLS copper conductor PVC wire as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly.

S & F switch piano single pole flush type 5 amps, 230 volts.

S & F switch socket combination flush type multipurpose 3pin 6/16 amps 2 in 1 230 Volts all as specified.

Supply and fix Desert coolers of PVC body with 5500 CMH with honey comb cooling media and water tank capacity of 65 ltrs complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Model ‎Optimus B07N95J5K7 OF Crompton or equivalent make in Symphony/Bajaj.

Supply and fix exhaust fan, steel body AC single phase, 230 V of size 300 mm sweep with blades, frame and louvers connecting up with and including provision of PVC insulated copper flexible cord from ceiling rose to connection of exhaust fan complete all as specified.

S & F ceiling rose three terminal surface bakelite type AC 230V of size 65x50 mm complete all as specified and directed

Cutting of hole with the help of machine at wall or fabrication of aluminium frame with glass wall for fixing of exhaust fan including plastering and match with the existing surfaces complete and all as specified and directed

M & L for Submain wiring with two single core 6 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit and concealed conduit accessories of suitable dia medium grade including running up of one runs of 6 Sq mm FRLS copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along the wiring and connected to the common earth dolly complete including removing the existing unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing all as specified. Note:-two runs of cable, one run of earth contuinity conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

M & L for Submain wiring with two single core 4 Sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor multistranded 1100 Volts grade drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit and concealed conduit accessories of suitable dia medium grade including running up of one runs of 4 Sq mm FRLS copper conductor multistranded PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along the wiring and connected to the common earth dolly complete including removing the existing unserviceable sub main wiring and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface colour all as specified. Note:-(i) two runs of cable, one run of earth contuinity conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one unit length.

Supply and fix electric water heater , storage type steel body with copper inner tank and heating element upto 2 KW capacity 25 Litre, BEE 5 Star rated complete with all accessories such as safety valve, thermostate, NRV, connection pipe etc.alongwith brass check nuts complete all as specified and as directed. S&F sheet metal enclosure vertical type MCCB DB TPN 4 way double door with suitable rated bus bar 415 volts suitable for and including 100 Amps TPN MCCB 16 KA as incommer and 12 Outgoing SP MCB's with magnetic locking system complete all as specified. Note: MCB SP Shall be measured and paid seperately.

S & F MCB SP 230V suitable for fixing on MCB DB of capacity 6 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles Dark shade 10 mm thick (square / rectangular ) matt, finished , area of each tiles size not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skirting/dado/wall tiles etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match th tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed. Make: Kajaria or equivalent in Johnson/Somany as approved by GE.

Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings of dia 25 mm on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including all accessories for connecting pipe with roof water tank complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fixing fancy type chromium plated stop valves, cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe of dia 25 mm or for unions and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing Fancy type Chromium plated Bib tap with crutch or butter fly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe of bore dia 25 mm or for brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cm x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level ) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level, connecting to the Galvanised iron earth earth lead 4 mm dia, by means of nuts, bolts, check nuts and washer etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe light grade 15mm bore from earth elelctrode to test point incl provn of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone agagregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25 x 25x6mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, GI pipe light grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 mtr long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling test point made out of Bronze/Gun metal with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50mtr, all as per electrical plate No 5 of SSR Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified incl testing on completion. Note :- Item of Earthing includes cost of 7.5m long galvanised iron earth lead 4 mm size and protection pipe of 15 mm bore GI light grade.
