Complete removal of entire existing water proofing treatment in any position including tarfelt, Plaster, lean concrete of any thickness, gravels etc. and removing the debries out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm) rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement in two layers in longitudinal & transverse directions finished even and smooth using extra cement and applying chemical treatment by authorised professional applicators complete all as specified and directed. Note: Water Proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seprately as "Supply Only"

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even & smooth using extra cement and applying two coats of Roff Hyguard eX Rezone chemicals or equivalent make complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound of approved make for roof and sunken floor complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Acrylic emulsion polymer of acrylic single component low viscosity polymer for preventing leakages over exisitng/New surface of slab, terrace, exterior, interior wall, Chajjas etc as per following procedure :- (a) Surface & surface preparation : Remove all the loose particles , dirt & dust clean by water , wire brush & mechanical cleaning , grease & oil should be cleaned using solvents. If the surface is previously coated with tar, it should be thoroughtly scraped off. The surface should be dry before application . All the cracks and crevices in the concrete slab to be filled with polyurethene based sealent with and including application of PU based primer all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (b) Finish paint : Apply water based polyurethenene modified dispersion (single component cold applied ,non toxic,VOC complaint)in 03 coats icluding 01 coat of primer of same materials after dillution of water at 50 % or specific primer matching same material as per manufacturers specificationand as dircted by EIC/GE Make:-Bostic,Berger,Fosroc,Sika,Asian,or any other make approved by E-in-C'sBranch for PU based water proofing treatment.

Demolition of cement concrete in floor and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below and above ground level complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor (level course) and in similar siruations 25 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge

M&L for 20mm thick Machine cut kota stone slab flooring as in staircase tread, landings laid over cement & incl 20mm screed base in CM 1:6 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbin,cutting and polishing complete and providing horizontally 03 Nos antiskid groovento tread incl preparation of old surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick machine cut kota stone slab as in riser of steps, skiting, dado and pillar laid over and including 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab inlcuding rubbing, cutting and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting out in Soft / loose soil including forming bottom surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling ,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Laying 50 mm outside dia double wall corrugated pipe (DWC) of HDPE ISI Mark for enclosing cable below ground / road surface, to a required depth, including suitable size coplers for jointing of pipe all as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for GI pipe light grade in repair for road crossing / on wall / on pole for cable protection of 50mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60x60cmx06mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Cost of earthing lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 M shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.
