Removing excavated Materials (Soils) not exc. 50.00 Metre and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point in Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Brick Work/ Stone masonary built in Cement Mortar including all Quoins, Arches, Pillars, etc. of any description, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down / out old unserviceable GI tubing upto 20mm bore (dia) including all fittings and fixture from floor/wall or trenches including cleaning and stacking for refixing / reuse and removal unusable materals from site of work complete all as directed.

Supply & Fixing , jointing and testing of cast iron sluice Valve ISI mark (PN-1.6) of size 80 mm bore confirming to IS 14846-2000, flanged ends drilled having brass spindle with cast iron wheel at top complete with nuts, bolts, washers and gaskets including taking out old unserviceable sluice valves, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing Cast Iron Air Release Valves (ARV) with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 50 mm dia including taking out old unserviceable CI ARV all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Hardcore with broken stones/ boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering (Externally) 15mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 on Brick Walls or on Concrete Surfaces, plastered surfaces finished Even and Fair, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of Walls and applying Three Coats of White Wash, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cutting existing GI water tubing of size 40 or 50 mm bore for alternations or addition including screwing/threading and jointing with suitable size GI socket complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Collecting the sample of water from Jalapahar pump house and testing of water for iron, PH value, TDS, colour, Total Alkalinity, Total Hardness, trubidity, chloride,Chlorine, fluoride, Nitrate, Copper, Total Coliform, Faecal Coliform, arsinic test and submitting the test report from reputed laboratory as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Testing shall be carried out quarterly as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of defective / unserviceable 75HP pump set of Make- Kirloskar (Model- RKB 50/15L, 11 ST), segregating serviceable and unserviceable parts, cleaning/washing of serviceable parts, checking functional accuracy, clearance, wear & tear using different measuring equipments and by approved method, replacement of unserviceable parts, reassembling the pump set including painting of pump, motor and base frame with synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Costing of necessary nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets, lubricating materials and other consumable materials are included in the quoted rate. (ii) Spare parts as required required to be replaced will be measured and paid under relevant item here-in-after.

Demolition of Cement Concrete (un-reinforced) of any description in Ground Floors, Pavings, etc. not exc. 150mm thickness (above or below Ground Level), complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Cement Concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (40mm graded aggregate) in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete, staging of MS/PVC storage tanks, repairs to pathways etc. including use and waste of Formwork as required/ordered at Site(s), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in-repair of Rotational Moulded Polyethylene Water Storage Tank 5000 Litre capacity (Cylindrical Vertical with Closed Top), 3 layered, hoisted and fixed in position with and including 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 142gm), all as specified in MES Schedule Part-I, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only Calcium based granular disinfectant for water treatment, more stable than Chlorine Gas and Stronger than bleaching powder (Calcium Hypochlorite), with following specifications: Chemical Name- Calcium Hypochlorite. Common Name- Stable Bleaching Powder/ High strength Bleaching Powder. Appearance- Dry free flowing and free from lumps. Toxic & Undesirable Substance- Should not induce substances beyond acceptable limit as given in IS: 10500 (2012) in treated and disinfected water. Packing- 20-25 Kg Bags/ 40-45 Kg Drums. Packing in drums is preferable to reduce fire hazard in places of high ambient temperature. Available Chlorine- 65% by mass (min).
