SPL REPAIR TO REMOVING OF EXISTING UNSERVICEABLE NYLON NEWAR FROM CHARPOY GI PIPE AND FIXING OF PLY TOP 12 MM THICK ON THE FRAME OF CHARPOY GI PIPE AT BSO PANAGARH UNDER GE PANAGARH

Removing of existing unserviceable newar from GI Charpoy, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable short rail from the frame and making short rails into two numbers from old long rail obtained from Ser Item No. 5.00 here-in-after by cutting serviceable part to required length, threading both end and fixing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Old unserviceable short rail shall be kept in safe custody for re-used as legs and unserviceable GI Pipe shall be contractor property against credit.

Taking out old unserviceable GI legs from the frame and making legs into two numbers from old short rail obtained from Ser Item No. 2.00 here-in-before by cutting serviceable part to required length, threading one end and another end shall be covered with 5 mm thick MS plate of dia 50 mm at bottom of legs to be welded and including applying two coats of synthetic enamel black paint, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Old unserviceable legs shall be kept in safe custody for re-used and unserviceable GI Pipes and legs shall be contractor property against credit.

Supply & Fixing MNF clamp made out of angle iron 35 x 35 x 5 mm thick, 100 mm long, welded to GI Pipe legs with end closed with 3 mm thick MS plate welded to the clamp and including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel black paint over a red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing unserviceable broken long rail of GI Charpoy and supply and fixing long rail made out of 32 mm bore MS galvanised pipe medium grade ISI Marked. The both end of the pipe shall be threaded as required length for fixing with the charpoy, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Old unserviceable long rails shall be kept in safe custody for re-used as a short rail and legs and unserviceable GI Pipe shall be contractor property against credit.

Supply & fixing Galvanised Iron 3 way elbow 32 mm bore, ISI Marked, medium grade, length not less than 65 mm in each way, including dismantling of old elbow, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing Galvanised Iron check nut 6 mm thick suitable for 32 mm bore Galvanised Iron Pipe, including dismantling of old unserviceable check nut, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & fixing 12 mm thick commercial plywood size 1980 x 900 mm, BWR grade, conforming to the requirement of IS 303 - 1989, commercial face both side including replacing 25 x 6 mm MS flat iron stiffener 920 mm long two nubmers in each charpoy where required duly bolted with long rail at equal spacing. MS flat iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer. 10 Nos flush headed bolts and nuts with washer, 6 mm dia and 65 mm long shall be provided for fixing of plywood in the short rail / long rail with flat iron of suitable size as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Edge of plywood shall be smoothened all-around and corner shall be rounded and smoothened as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. One coat of water resistant adhesive / marine grade fevicol shall be given to edges all-round after smoothened the edges, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : RARs/Final Bill shall be entertain after submission of PVs only.
