Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc.removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wiring (Concealed type) complete with FR PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of nominal area 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, along with one single run of same size and type of copper wire as continuous earth wire to common earth dolly in and including cutting/chasing on brick wall not exc. 10 cm girth (excluding ceiling surface for existing or new pipe reqmt direction by engr- in- charge ) and supply and fixing PVC conduit pipe medium grade of nominal size 20 mm dia along with connected fittings/junction boxes using existing/New sunk terminal boxes, new 3 mm thick laminated sheet cover with screws and cup washers with all accessories and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar ratio of 1:3 and treated surface with existing white/colour wash, oil bound or cement base paint etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed and suitable for the following: -

i) One light point or one fan point controlled by one way, single pole switch

(ii) One 3 pin socket outlet, 6 amps on the "same board" with other switches.

(iii) One 3 pin socket outlet, 6 Amp on “independent board”with other switches.

(iv) One bell / buzzer point controlled by one push button on “independent board”.

All as per item No. 2 here in above but point wiring using 2.5 Sqmm (Nominal area) FR PVC insulated unsheathed copper conductor 1100 volts for one 3/6 pin socket outlet ,suitable for 16 amps on “independent board”.

M&L for drawing the wire in existing conduit steel/PVC complete with point wiring complete with FR PVC insulated, unsheathed stranded copper conductor of nominal area 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade, along with one single run of same size and type of copper wire as continuous earth wire to common earth dolly in and including cutting/chasing on brick wall not exc. 10 cm girth if required (excluding ceiling surface for existing pipe) along with connected fittings/junction boxes and sunken terminal boxes pressed MS/GI steel terminal boxes not less than 1.20 mm thick for mounting switch, socket etc including 3 mm thick Hylam brand sunmica laminated sheet cover with brass screw and cup washers with all accessories and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar ratio of 1:3 and matching surface with existing white/colour wash, oil bound or cement base paint etc to match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed and suitable for the following: -

i) One light point or one fan point controlled by one way, single pole switch

(ii) One 3 pin socket outlet, 6 amps on the "same board" with other switches.

(iii) One 3 pin socket outlet, 6 Amp on “independent board”with other switches.

Supply & Fixing in replacement of DB by SPN Distribution Box, double door of protection grade IP 43 in fine powder coated, matt finish with best CRCA sheet, fitted with isolated neutral bar , Din rail, earth bar of 8 way complete allas specified and directed. Make:- Indo Asian/ Havells/Schneider (Electric) as approved by GE (I).

Supply & Fixing in replacement of DB by TPN Distribution Box, double door of protection grade IP 43 in fine powder coated, matt finish with best CRCA sheet, fitted with isolated neutral bar , insulated pin type copper bus bar, Din rail, earth bar of 4 way complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Indo Asian /Havells/Schneider (Electric) as approved by GE (I). Note applicable for serial item no 14 & 15: Cost of cutting / chasing of wall and concealing of DBs and making good the disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 matching with existing surface including ditempering/plastic emulsion/whitewash/colour wash as in existing suface shall deemed to be included in the said items.

M&L for sub main wiring with two run of FR PVC insulated unsheathed flexible copper conductor (Multistrands), single core of size 4.0 Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade and one run of 2.5 Sqmm FR PVC insulated unsheathed (In Green Colour), flexible copper conductor (Multistrands) for continuous earthing conforming to IS 694 with latest amendments and ISI marked drawing in PVC rigid conduit and providing flexible conduit at each end point, connecting incoming / outgoing electric connections by using required size copper lugs / thimbles and making good the disturbed surface to match with existing for connecting to newly fixed electric meter complete in all respect all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/ Polycab/ Grandlay/ Gloster. Note :- 1. Two run of single core cable with one run of contineous earth wire of copper conductor wire flexible (Multistrand) of FR PVC insulated shall be measured and paid as one unit length 2. Supplied and Fixed Non Metallic Rigid PVC conduit, ISI Marked, conforming to IS 9537, medium grade, size 25 mm dia including all fittings like bends, elbow, reducer, junction boxes, tee bell mouth all fixing accessories such as coupler lock, nuts, saddles pipe hooks etc including cutting & chasing required on brick wall not exceeding 10 CM girth for concealed conduit wiring and making good to disturbed surface with cement mortar 1:3 and distemper / colour wash etc to match with existing surfaces including facing / finishing complete all as specified and directed.

Make:-Bajaj/Philips/Havells as approved by GE (I).

Supply only LED tube aluminum extrusion 18 watt complete. Make:- Wipro cat No LL13-181-650/ Philips/ Havells as approved by GE (I).

Supply and fixing in replacement of Old unserviceable /worn out Sheet Metal MCCB enclosure for four pole MCB of protection grade IP 43 in fine powder coated, matt finish with best CRCA sheet complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Indo Asian/ Havells/C & S as approved by GE (I).

Supply and Fix MCCB with continuously adjustableThermal and Adjustable Magnetic Release, Four Pole, 415 VAC, Current rating- 63 Amps, Breaking capacity ( Ics ) - 25 KA, complete all as specified and directed by GE (I). Make:- Indo Asian /C&S/Legrand / Havells as approved by GE (I).

Supply and Fix MCCB with continuously adjustableThermal and Adjustable Magnetic Release, Four Pole, 415 VAC, Current rating- 200 Amps, Breaking capacity ( Ics ) - 50 KA,including suitable size aluminium bus bar for connection complete all as specified and directed by GE (I). Make:- Indo Asian /Legrand / Seimens/Schneider/Hager as approved by GE (I).

Supply, fixing and testing in replacement of Old unserviceable /worn out security light fitting by Out Door LED street light fitting 25 W with bracket of suitable size including connection with 3 core sheathed PVC insulated cable white colour not less than 0.5 sqmm not more than 0.50 m long complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Phillips/Bajaj/Havells as approved by GE (I).
