SITC of Maintenance free Chemical earth station with minimum 3m long, 17.2 mm (nominal size) copper bonded rod with copper Terminal size 130x50x5 (minimum 250 micron copper cladding), including bore drilling to the depth of 3.5m with the help of Pneumatic boring machine alongwith 50KG BFC compound placed in the bore to cover the earthing rod from all sides. Earth pit shall be provided with enclosure made of Reinforced FRP of suitable size to cover the Earth Pit.

Earth pit shall be provided with enclosure made of Reinforced FRP of suitable size to cover the Earth Pit.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing earth bus of 50 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface with insulators for connections etc. as required.

Excavation in PCC for laying earth strip upto a depth of 0.3m and width appr 0.3m by deploying rock cutter etc including getting out and disposal of surplus excavated material within a lead of 50 metres and finishing the same reinstatement with cement concrete etc complete as required
