Demolition of Brick or Stone boulder masonry build in Cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete all as specified. Note: The rate quoted deemed to be inclusive of carrefully removing of RCC drain cover slab of any size and relaying in its original position after completion of repair work all as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' bricks built in CM 1:4 straight or curved on plain not,exceeding 6 m radius complete all as specified

Taking down cement plaster of any description including raking out joint hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified

Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and rendering is to be finished fair and even complete all as specified

Dismantling of Reinforced cement concrete slap of any description complete all as specified

M&L for providing precast cement concrete cover slab 1:1 ½:3, type A1 (using 20mm grded aggregate) set in cm 1:4 as directed and specified.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all asspecified and directed.

Demolition of Flooring [Unreinforced] cement concrete of any description complete all as specified.

Excavating deposited spoil/silt/ mud etc, from the existing strom water drainage system and cleaning the bottom surfaces for smooth flow of water and removal of the same to a distance exceeding 50 m but not exceeding 250 m. Note:-. The quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of carefully removing of RCC drain cover slab of any size and relaying in its original position after completion of repair work all as directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone agg,) as in coping including necessary formwork, finishing exposed surface of concerete to even and fair all as specified.

M&L for providing Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 , 100mm thick (40mm grade aggregate) including finishing surface of concrete roads pavements by brooming as directed and specified.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm as directed and specified.

Hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40mm grade aggregate) as directed and specified.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cmx20cm x25cm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors,laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for forming construction / dummy joint 65mm deep x10mm wide filled with sealing compound all as specified and directed
