Dismantling of floor hearth / wall tiles including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing debris out side of MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints of tiles should be sealed with asian paints smartcare cement or epoxy grout.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 450 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed. Note : Joints of tiles should be sealed with asian paints smartcare cement or epoxy grout.

Material and labour for injecting chemical GLYPHOSATE 41 percent solution 20 ml or till refusal by making cut / injection in the stem of plant 30mm center to center and spraying with solution (25 ml Glyphospate 41 percent diluted with one litre of water ) and removing the plants / vegetation with penetrated roots complete including all necessary scafolding arrangments bldgs upto 06 storeyed complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The quoted rate is deemed to include for inspection and surveying all the buildings in area regularly for preventing any additional growth of vegetation/ plants with above treatment to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion using chloropyriophos 20 percent EC with 1 percent concentration for post constructional Anti-termite treatment along external wall where apron is not provided using chemical emulsion at the rate of 7.50 litres per sqm of the vertical surfaces of the sub structure to a depth of 300 mm including excavating channel along the wall and rodding etc. material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion using chloropyriophos 20 percent EC with 1 percent concentration for post construction Anti-termite treatment along external wall below concrete or masonary apron using chemical emulsion at the rate of 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc in apron material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and injecting chemical emulsion using chloropyriophos 20 percent EC with 1 percent concentration for post construction Anti-termite treatment for treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion at the rate of one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12 mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1cement : 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floor, material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down external cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including all necessary scafolding arrangments bldgs upto 06 storeyed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or stone surfaces of walls externally in cement mortar 1:4 with using integral water proofing compound finished even and fair without using extra cement including use of ladder / cradles / scaffolding from Ground floor upto 04 storeys bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for seperately as "supply only" . WPC to be mixed @ 200ml per 50 Kg bag of cement all as per manufacturer instructions.

Material and labour for taking down cement plaster from brick / concrete surfaces of walls and rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with and including sagol finish, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound of approved quality.

M & L for taking down cement plaster from concrete surfaces of ceiling and rendering 5 mm thick in CM (1:3) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement completed all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls / ceilings by scrapping / rubbing and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint over a coat of primer (100% Acrylic) ( Base coat of Apex ultima protek duralife and top coat of Apex Ultima protek, through authorized applicator only including use of scaffoldings from Ground floor upto 04 storeys bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian Paints / Berger Paints / Nerolac / Shalimar paints as approved by GE.

M & L for three coats of white washing on ceiling including preparation of newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer over and including a coat of wall care putty (Birla / JK) of average 2mm thick complete all as specified and directed. Make : Asian paint (Tractor Brand) / or equivalent in Berger paint / Nerolac / Shalimar as approved by GE.

Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali-resistant priming paint over and in including 2mm thick (average thickness) Birla white putty, material and labour complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparing old surfaces of walls / ceilings by scrapping / rubbing and applying one coat of weather proof acrylic exterior paint (100% Acrylic), of Apex Ultima protek, Make : Asian Paints through authorized applicator only including use of scaffoldings from Ground floor upto 06 storeys bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Make: Asian Paints / Berger Paints / Nerolac / Shalimar paints as approved by GE.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling including cornices, pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparatin of old painted wooden surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthtic enamel paint including use of scaffolding where required for internal / external painting (any height of bldgs) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including use of scaffolding where reqired floor for any height of bldg complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment and paplying two coats of weather proof acrylic exterior paint 100% acrylic, base coat of Apex ultima protek duralife and top coat of Apex Ultima Protek. Make: Asian Paints / Berger Paints / Nerolac / Shalimar paints as approved by GE.

M & L for preparation of old decorated plastered or unplastered surfaces on wall including cornices, pilasters etc and applying one coat of white wash on wall complete all as specified and directed.
