Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering andpreparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Distempering with oil distemper of approved brand and manufacture (twoor more coats) and of required shade on new work, over and includingwater thinnable priming coat to give an even shade

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade Old work (one or more coats applied @ 2.20 kg/10sqm) overpriming coat of primer applied @ 0.80 liters/10sqm completeincluding cost of priming coat.

20mm Cement plaster in 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work

Wiring for light point/fan point/exhaust point/with 1.5 sq mm FRLS PVC insulated copper conductor single core cable in surface/recessed medium class pvc conduit with paino type switch ,phenolic,laminated sheet,suitable size ms box, and earthing the point with 1.5 sq mm ,FRLS pvc insulated copper conductor sigle core cable etc required. (wire make ISI marked havells/anchor/HPl)

Wiring for circuit /sub main wiring along with earth wire with the following sizes of FRLS PVC isulated copper conductor ,single core cable,in surface /recessed medium class PVC conduit as required.( Wire make ISI markedShalimar/ Havells/Anchor/HPL . 2x2.5+1x2.5 sq m

Wiring for light /power plug with 2x4 sq.mm FRLs PVC Insulated Copper conductor single core cable in surface/ recessed medium class PVC conduct along with 1no. 4Sq.mm FRLs pvc insulated copper conductorsingle core cable for loop earthing as required

Supply and fixing suitable GI box with modular plate and cover in front on surface or in recess including providing and fixing 6 pin 5/6 and 15/16 A modular socket outlet 15/16 A modular switch connection etc as reqd

Suppling and fixing 5A to 32A rating, 240/415 V , 10 kA, "C" Curve , miniture circuit breaker suitable for inductive load of following poles in the existing MCB, DB complete with connection, testing and commissioning etc as reqd
