Supply,installation,testing and commissioning transformer step down outdoor type copper wound , oil cooled IP-43 plinth mounted powder coated capacity 250 KVA CL-I with latest feature complete with standard fitted HT 11 KV 3 Phase LT 433 V 3 phase 4 wire,50 C/S oil immersed naturally cooled externally cooling tube delta connection on primary HT 11 KV side and star connection on secondary LT 433 V with tapping at +/- 2.5% to +/- 5% & +/- 7.5% on HV side and to be charged by means of hand operated off load/lap changing gear including first filling of new transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 60 KV with all fiiting and accessories such as LT box at LT side,silica gel,brather,oil level indicator, conservator tank with oil level indicator,drain out valve(oil tank), exhaust vent,air release valve,temp gauge and cast iron wheel etc complete level-2 as per IS-1180(Part-1):2014,complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded,galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavyduty) withaluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 sq. mm 3core complete all as specified and directed.

Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination cold shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of Plateform for installation of transformer with and including Earth work, Brick work, PCC, RCC, Plastering, chain link fencing, gate etc all as shown in Drawing No CWE/TD-230/2021 Sheet 1/1 dated 23 Jun 2021, complete all as specified and directed.

XLPE cable insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) 11 KV grade with stranded aluminium coductor of size 300 Sqmm 3.5 core and including suitable size of lugs all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm size by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 5 including 40 mm bore GI tubing for protection of earth strip upto test point of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20mm bore light grade for watering and GI 15mm bore light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with RCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded stone aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt layers each layer thickness should be 15 cm (layer start from below the electrode plate to above plate) etc, connected to LT panel board as indicated including testing complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of switch air break gang operated triple pole mechanically operated from ground level, mounted on insulators and steel frame (12 insulator type) outdoor type suitable for vertical installation single break provided with locking arrangement consisting of MS channel, HT post top insulator with drop out fuses operating rod 25mm bore GI pipe medium grade confirming to relevant IS, current rating 200 Amp and voltage 11 KV including jumpering, lead of wire/cable as directed at site including taking down old/ unserviceable switch, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply , fixing , connecting commissioning and testing of Automatic and manual operation power factor improvement panel of capacity 100 KVAR for 250 KVA Trasformer including interconnection with LT panel with appropriate size of electric cable for transformer (Outdoor/Indoor) type panel factory made, weather proof , dust and vermin proof (IP54/IP 42) suitable for 1100 V/440 V grade 3 phase 50 HZ AC supply floor mounted , fabricated out of 14 SWG MS sheet and having four Nos angle iron legs made out of 40 x 40 x 6mm, 60 cm long angle iron below frame with front door and Side/Back opening having locking arrangement prewired with copper conductor PVC insulated flexible wire size 1.5 sq mm / extension strips and connected with suitable size thimbles , lugs duly painted with Light grey epoxy powder coating after suitable chemical treatment , legs duly embedded in ground in PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of suitable size including locking arrangement suitable for mounting , with required sheet metal enclosures, thimbles and including following items :-
