Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire moured, electric power cable heavy duty with standard aluminium conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3.5 Core, 300 Sqmm complete all as specified.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire moured, electric power cable heavy duty with standard aluminium conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 400 Sqmm Single core complete all as specified.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for in door termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified. Note: The jointing material like long sleeve for RMU connection and other connected items will inclusive in above rate.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type, joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 95 sqmm complete all as specified. Note: The jointing material like long sleeve for RMU connection and other connected items will inclusive in above rate.

Supply and fix cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade cable for straight through Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE, armoured, Al conductor cable of size 50 Sqmm to 95 sqmm, Indoor/Outdoor type complete all as specified.

Material & labour for GI steel tubing 80 mm bore light grade for protection of cable/ earth continuity conductor fixed to poles/ walls/ roof or laid in floors, road, crossing or ducts fixed with clamps , bolts nuts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanised Iron earth plate electrode 600x600x6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtrdeep below GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to a packed thickness of 15cm all round the plate with using 32X6 mm GI earth strip electrode welded and revetted to earth plate up to a distance of 7.5 mtr long, GI earth strip encased in and including 40mm bore GI light grade pipe, with 20mm bore GI pipe light grade as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of earth plate, MS funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe including excavation earth work, provn of PCC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 chamber and RCC pit cover 50mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type BI duly reinforced with MS bars 8mm dia @ 150 mm centre to centre, both ways complete with lifting handle all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR of part-I complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning, factory made and tested, LT Panel, Outdoor type, platform mounted, suitable for 415 Volts, 3 Phase and neutral, 4 wire, 50Hz, AC supply system, having bus bar chamber with insulated electrolytic Aluminium bus bars, TPN, of capacity 800 Amps rating, installed on DMC insulators with bus bar chamber. The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and mild steel & Mounting 75 mmX 50mm Channel frame work, front openable type, with proper ferrule & cable gland, internal wiring with PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable of adequate size but not less than 1.5 Sqmm complete. All steel metal works including frame shall be with anticorrosive coating with seven tank process and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of Siemens grey RAL- 7035 shade. The panel shall be suitable for accommodating and inclusive of following accessories specified in srl no 14.01 & 14.02 here-in-after :-

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning Diesel Engine driven generating set of 160 KVA capacity, 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 1500 RPM, AC power supply with power factor 0.8, coupled directly to alternator, mounted on a common base plate complete with integral acoustic enclosures (shall have salient features) modular bolted construction & pure polyester based coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions & for outdoor application / installation, integrated design thereby facilitating / easy handling. The design of integral acoustic enclosure shall be approved by National Physical laboratory as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest regulation / norms with fuel tank, battery & standard accessories, tools & spares as provided by manufacturer complete with necessary PCC foundations including excavation and earth work with block measonary work and plastering complete with following specifications specified in srl no 17.01 to 17.07 here-in-after complete all as specified and as directed:-

(A) ENGINE- Water cooled diesel engine at 1500 RPM, of capacity to match the 160 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10 % over load for 1 hour in every 12 hours running confirming to BS 5514/ IS 10001/ 10002. The Engine shall consist of the following:-

(u) Instrument panel complete with :- (v) Auto manual Starting switch with key (w) Lubricating oil temperature gauge (x) Lubricating oil pressure gauge (y) Water temperature gauge (z) Battery charging ammeter (aa) Battery charging indicating lamp (ab) Hour meter with RPM indicator (ac) Safety control against high temperature of water. (ad) Safety control against low lubricating oil pressure . (ae) Over speed stop with double driven adopter .

(B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR (i) Alternator coupled to engine indigenous make through a flexible coupling mounted on sturdy steel fabricated base frame suitable for mounting on a permanent foundation brushless alternator shall be confirming to BS -2613 or relevant of IS-4722/ IS 13364. (ii) Type :- Self excited self regulated with automatic voltage regulator. (iii) Rating :- 160 KVA at 0.8 PF lagging 4 pole horizontal at NTP condition. (iv) Speed :- 1500 RPM (v) System :- 415 V +/- 2.5 % AC 3 phase 4 wire 50 Hz. (vi) Connection :- 4 wire star connected. (vii) Enclosure :- Screen protected drip proof. (viii) Ventilation :- Self ventilated. (ix) Insulation :- Insulation class H

(C) CONTROL PANEL The control panel with aluminium bas bar, bottom entry and exit of cable, current transformer, set of control fuses, Multifunctional Meter, it should display time and date, Volts, Frequency, Current, KW, KWH, PF, RPM, Cumulative Run Hours, Oil Pressure, Coolant Temp, Charging current (DC Amp Meter). Emergency off, factory made floor mounted, totally enclosed, epoxy powder coated suitable for 160 KVA DG Set including all necessary operating controlled devices as stated above and MCCBs as out going with protection fuse for panel instruments duly wired with flexible copper conductor cable and cable connection with lugs/thimbles complete as per latest IS/BS complete all as specified and directed.

(D) ONE SET OF ACCESSORIES COMPRISING OF:- (a) Fuel tank - Capacity of tank shall be to hold diesel sufficient for 08 hours running at full load, with following features: (i) Level indicator. (ii) drain plug . (iii) MS class 'C' piping for inlet from pump to tank to engine. (iv) Fuel strainer. (v) Air vent. (B) Sealed maintenance free Battery :- Heavy duty battery two nos 24 plates 12 v 180 AH (01 Nos) connected to the system fully charged including lead and battery terminal's complete . (d) Base plate :- Fabricated out of MS channel's ISMC of suitable size suitable for fixing of DG set all specified by the manufacturer.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning 315 KVA, 11/0.433KV, AN, Oil Type Transformer with corrugated off circuit tap links of rating +5 to - 5% @2.5 %.by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear 315 kVA capacity transformer copper wound step down outdoor type, 11000/433 Volt (at no load), double wound, oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes, core type delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side(LV) in accordance with vector symbol Dy-II (vector group) with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping changing at + /-7.5% in step of +/- 2.5 %, to be changed and the maximum temperature rise shall not exceed 45 degree centigrade in oil and 55 degree centigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp of 40 degree centigrade and the transformer shall be comprised with the following standard fittings including necessary foundation with block masonry work complete all as specified and as directed with following specifications specified in Srl No 23.01 here-in-after:- Note: Transformer shall be double copper wound (Level -02) as per IS : 1180 (Part -1) 2014 with HT, LT cable Box.

Notes for item No 24.00:- (a) RMU Tank shall be IAC AFL 20kA/1s tested to ensure utmost operator safety .Test report (from an STL member Lab) shall be submitted along with drawings of the RMUs . In case the test report is not found suitable , the RMU shall stand liable to be rejected. (b) The Vacuum Bottle shall be of same make as that of RMU to ensure better life cycle optimization for the RMU. (c) Additional items like Operating handle etc. shall be delivered with the RMU (d) RMU tank shall be of 304 grade, Non-magnetic, Non-ferrite Stainless Steel. Inferior Grade of Steel shall not be acceptable. (e) RMU shall have site replaceable bushings for ease of trouble shooting at site and quick repair and restoration at site. (f) Earth switch shall be on line side and shall have making capacity.
