Supply and Delivery of 1.1 KV grade, 2 core 10 sq. mm., XLPE armoured Aluminium conductor cable. (Gloster/Polycab/Havells/EIC Approved).

Laying of one No. cable upto 35 sqmm in underground trench 460 mm wide x 760 mm average depth, with brick protection on the top of the cable with 8 (eight) Nos. bricks per metre, including filling the space between the brick & cable and also the trench with shifted soil, leveling up and restoring surface duly rammed.

Laying of cable as below, after cutting floor/pavement/wall/ and making holes incl., embedding the cable at an average depth as below and mending good the damages to original finish incl. removing the rubbish From 2.5 sqmm to 35 sqmm at an average depth of 75 mm in floor/pavement/wall etc.

Supplying and fixing compression type gland complete with brass gland, brass ring & rubber ring for dust & moisture-proof entry of XLPE/PVC armoured cable. 2 core 10 sq. mm.

Finishing the end of following XLPE/PVC armoured cables by crimping method incl. supplying and fixing solderless socket (Dowels make), tapes, anticorrosive paste & jointing materials. 2 core 10 sq. mm.

Supply & Delivery of 9 mtr. Long (5+2+2 mtr) Swagged ST pole (410-SP-29) of Out side Dia & Thickness of Section(Bottom- 139.7 x 4 .85 mm, Middle-114.3 x 4 .50 mm, Top-88.9 x 3.25 mm) of weight of approx 125 kg having CI Base plate & CI Cap as per direction of EIC.(JINDAL/BANSAL/UTKARSH/EIC Approved)

Supplying and Fixing Single Arm pole header fabricated with 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (pole cap) of 10" height welded with 1.5 m long 40 mm dia. G.I. pipe at an suitable angle incl. S / F nuts, bolts washer etc incl. painting as per direction of EIC.

Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling up the excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly Upto 9.0 mtr Size 0.6x0.6x1.70 mts

Extra on items above, for providing CC (6:3:1) base block (around the pole) dimension 0.60x0.60x0.76 mt. above ground level, neatly cemented finish (3 mm thick), at the base pole (in lieu of CC muffing) incl. drilled hole in pole suitable for alkathene/polythene pipe entry, for street light wiring, without Loop Box.

Painting of Steel Tubular Pole of lengths and no. of coats of paint, as given below with ready mixed paint/primer of approved make, and brand incl. preparation of surface by sand paper/emery paper, cleaning etc. for receiving fresh coat of paint ( Upto 9.0 mtr. long pole ) 1st coat of aluminium paint over 1 coat of RO priming.

2nd coat of aluminium paint over 1st coat.

Excavation of soil for installation of Earth Electrode and filling & ramming. - Morrum soil.

Earthing with 50 mm dia GI pipe 3.64 mm thick x 3.04 Mts. long and 1 x 4 SWG GI (Hot Dip) wire (4 Mts. long), 13 mm dia x 80 mm long GI bolts, double nuts, double washers incl. S & F 15 mm dia GI pipe protection (1 Mts. long) to be filled with bitumen partly under the ground level and partly above ground level driven to an average depth of 3.65 Mts. below the ground level as below: By ISI-Medium GI pipe.

Extra for providing masonery enclosure on the top of the earth electrode of overall size 86.36 cm x 86.36 cm x 46 cm deep (below Ground level) complete with cemented brick work(1:6) of 25 cm width duly plastered with cement morter (inside) CI hinged inspection cover of size 36.56 cm x 35.56 cm with locking arrangement, GI reducer including drilling of 46 nos. 12 mm dia holes on the GI pipe

Supplying & fixing medium gauge GI Pipe ( ISI-Medium) Protection with necessary fittings and jointing metarials as required. 40 mm dia

Fixing only outdoor / street light type fluorescent light fitting or MV light fitting complete with all accessories to be fixed /projected from the wall of the building incl. making holes/providing clamping arrangement & necy. GI reducer as required. S&F 40 mm GI pipe (ISI-Medium) quality 1.5 mts. average length having suitable bend S&F necy. length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core stranded annealed copper wire and making connections as required and mending good damages to wall incl. painting etc.

Supply & Fixing of Moisture proof,water-proof (outdoor type) IP-66 protected PVC looping cable box (Hencel make/Lauritz & knudsen/Eqv. EIC approved) with minimum size of 250mmx250mmx100mm (approx) deep having 2mm/3mm thick body enclodure comprising of one 240 V,3/6/10/16Amp SP'MCB (as per site recuirement) on din channel ('C'-curve,legrand make),with 4way copper terminal and having lined with rubber gasketed top cover should be fixed on wall by screws,nuts, washers etc, necy. "cu" socketting, rubber gasketted entry and exit as mending with proper finishing is required as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Delivery of 240V, 8400 lumen, Warm white, road lighting luminaire delivering 120 lumen/watt with high power LED light source, PDC housing, high impact resistance (IK10) with PC cover & top openable access to drivers for ease of maintenance with 10KV Built-in Surge Protection Device & temp. range should be 5700K. Supplying and Drawing 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed single core stranded copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) of 3 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) in the 19 mm dia 3 mm thick polythene pipe and making necy. connection as required.
