Demolition of brick or stone masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stone work and precast concrete block complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles 450 X 300 X 7mm thick, laid in vertical surfaces etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F Powder Coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, parttions, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F powder coated aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos and locking arragement in each door, hinges, anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 9mm thick pre-laminated particle board, interior grade, both side lamination of approved colour and pattern fixed to wooden/ aluminium frame work as in door/ cupboard shutters complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 18/ 19 mm Pre laminated Particle boards, exterior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination and other side balancing white lamination fixed with nails complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F in repair, Continuous (piano) hinges, mild steel, bright finish or electro galvanised bright finish, width of flaps (when open) 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F 100 mm long extruded stainless steel handle, fabricated type, anodised, complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 50mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates as in plinth protection finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc. Including demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and disposing off the rubbish materials complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power socket) with complete fitting such as switches, sockets, lamp holder, utility light fitting, fan regulator, ceiling rose etc and removing materials from sites and making good distrubed surface of walls and roofs complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
