Dismantling of asbestos cement corrugated sheets of roof covering / north light curve sheets (height up to 12 to 15 Mtr, factory type bldg / Hangar) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05%) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-Charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal / vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required complete all as specified and directed.

Note: (a) Approximate height of the work is upto 12 Mtr. (b) There is no accessibility to the roof. (c) Necessary scaffolding if necessary to fix valley gutter.

Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for fabrication and fixing only, by using dismantled material including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position all complete after made it shaped with old steel obtained from dismatled material (from item No. 5) including shaping, welding if required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Steel work (hot finished welded type tubes) in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting with synthetic enamel paint on steel surface of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade two or more coats on new work complete all as specified and directed.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on steel surface of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade one or more coats on old work complete all as specified and directed.

Rough cast wired figured glass, 6 mm thick fixed to metal frame supply and fix complete all as directed including removing of old broken / damgaed glass complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing aluminum U/square beading of required size to fix wired glass including fixing etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand by using 20mm graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement, including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Vinyl flooring 2mm thick (choice colour) paste over PCC surface with adhesive and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Flooring to be carried out by authorised manufacturer as per their instructions.

Demolition of Stone / brick work / PCC block or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 Metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement plaster 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing the surfaces of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of water thinnable primer over 2mm thick wall care putty finish complete all as specified and directed.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams / litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade old work (one coat) complete all as specified and directed.

Finishing walls with 100% premium acrylic weather proof emulsion paint New work (two coats) applied @ 1.43 litre/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 20 above, but on old surfaces after and including complete removal of existing treatment of any type and condition complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead for thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Cement concrete 25mm 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished below tiles, including cement slurry but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & laying double charged vitrified floor tiles size of tile 600 x 600 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Sl item No. 24 here-in-before but as in skirting including 12 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:3.

Providing & fixing 1st quality coloured glazed ceramic tiles of size 450mm x 300mm / 450mm x 350mm, in dado / skirting etc. conforming to IS: 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles (non-skid) of size 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Painting with aluminium paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade on steel rolling shutter, one coat on old work complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling CI or asbestos, rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead, 150 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Providing & fixing powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections / appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete and the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing & fixing PVC door frame of size 50x47 mm with a wall thickness of 5 mm (± 0.2 mm), made out of single piece extruded PVC profile with mitred cut joints and joint with 02 Nos of PVC bracket of size 190 mm x 100 mm long arms of cross section size 35 x 15 mm & self driven self taping screws, the vertical door profiles to be reinforced with 40 x 20 mm MS rectangular tube of 0.8 mm, including providing EPDM rubber gasket weather seal throughout the frame, including jointing 5 mm PVC frame strip with PVC solvent cement on the back of the profile. Supply, install, testing & commissioning step down transformer 500 KVA, 11000/433 V (at no load) AC, outdoor type, 4 wire, 3 phase, 50 Hz, core type copper wound, oil immersed, naturally cooled, oil natural, air natural (ONAN), with external cooling tubes, delta connected on primary side (HV) and star connected on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol. DYN-11 (Vector Group) with neutral brought out on secondary side (LV) and having tapping at +5% to -10% @ 2.5% HV side to be changed by means of hand operated off load tap changer gear. The maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree C in oil and 55 degree C in HV/LV coil winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run on an ambient temp of 40 degree C. The transformer shall be of EEL-2 conforming to IS-1180 - 2014 Amendment No. 1, 2, 3 & 4 after 29 Mar 2022 or with latest amendments and overload capacity of transformer as per IS-2026 with latest amendments including suitable PCC plinth & foundation for mounting the transformer as per manufacturer recommendation and shall comprise of the following: -

(a) One cable box on HT side (Primary side) consisting of 3 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with 02 Nos cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured cables including gland, joint and jointing materials complete. (b) One cable box on LT side (Secondary side) consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with copper rods, complete with nuts and washers with 02 Nos cable glands suitable for reception / taking out of PVC / XLPE insulated heavy duty armoured LTcables including gland, joint and jointing materials complete. (c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (d) De-hydrating breather with first fill of dehydrating agent (silica gel). (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket on tank cover. (p) Four plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (q) Extra bushing for neutral, outside the LT cable box for providing independent earthing for neutral. (r) First filling of new and unused transformer oil IS-335/93 (fourth revision) marked filtered and tested upto 40 KV dielectric strength at 2.5 mm air gap between testing electrodes. Note: (i) Certification of electric strength shall be submitted by the contractor after filling the oil. Supply, install, testing & commissioning 11KV 3 way Ring Main Unit (RMU) 630Amps, 20KA/3 Sec outdoor type extensible type comprising of 01 incomer and 02 outgoings with fixed VCB and 01 No air insulated Bus PT panel coupled with SF6 RMU. All light parts Bus Bars VCB connection of RMU max two modules shall be enclosed in single tank duly welded stainless steel tank of 3 mm thickness having IP 67 degree of protection filled with gas as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1 % per year tested as per IEC 62271 - 200.
