Note: a) The remuneration of manpower supply shall be not less than approved rate which is mentioned, if bidder will quote less than approved rate their financial bid shall be rejected and EMD will be forfeited. b) This financial proposal shall be unconditional which will be valid for entire period. c) It is mandatory for all bidders to quote rate for all particulars/items mentioned above in financial proposal. If any bidder does not quote rate for all particulars/items mentioned in financial proposal their financial proposal will not be considered and EMD will be forfeited . D) Breakup of monthly remuneration is mandatory for all bidder to submit with financial proposal . e) The bidder will upload same format (sheet) in each section of BOQ of eproc2. f) Monthly rate will be for each completed calender month irrespective of numbers of days. g) Calender month is considered as 30 days but the agency has to provide driver on all days.
