TENDER FOR REPAIR TO CERTAIN ROADS INCLUDING FURNITURE ETC AT SUNJUWAN MIL STATION

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud , or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths , etc. cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal ) but making good by applying tack coat @ 5 kg per 10 sq m , putting in premixed bitumenous macadem, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sq m , blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed ( including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings) depth of potholes exc 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing existing black top bituminous surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with mechanical air blower to remove all loose dirt/foreign materials and applying evenly a priming tack coat with bituminous primer (Paving Bitumen of Viscosity Grade VG-10) at the rate of 5 Kg per 10 Sqm of surface laying bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5 % binder content of viscosity grade VG-30 by weight of total mix and 4% stone dust conforming to specification for filler as per IRC-95, 1987 (filler) prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechanical paver and using 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:-The minimum consolidated thickness will be 30mm. However it may be increased at places to maintain the camber as per the site requirement and nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. The contractor must visit the site before quoting their rates.

Premix bituminous macadam with broken stone graded aggregate with 4% of paving bitumen binder of viscosity grade VG-30 grade by weight of total mix (Consolidated thickness 75mm or less), laid / rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete all as specified and directed.

Applying evenly a priming / Tack coat with bituminious primer at 5 kg/ 10 sqm all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for hot applied thermo setting road marking paint 2mm thick in shapes/ signs as required including preparation of surfcaes and glass beads retro reflective type as per ASTM standardscomplete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix repairs solar road studs having 3 LED of colour Red / Yellow to side cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs cat eye solar reflactive type metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100 x20mm with PAMA striplene reflector of model No- DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manafacture instruction , complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in repairs metal tubular dealinator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 600 mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastome 3 bands pf green red and yellow reflector radium type of 25mm wide strips with anti theft steel net for reflector protection incl embedding in PCC 1:2:4 150X150X300mm type B1complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down old unserviceable sign boards of any description incl frame work from ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.5 Cu.m, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exceeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface for in any type of soil soil Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
