Rectification or placemnet of all damaged coils parts with required Refrigarent and commissioing charges of Outdoor Condensing units with Reciprocating compressor. The ODUs have suitable Copper condensor coil, fan section, High efficiency drive set with IP55 motor suitable for 415V, 3 phase AC supply and microprocessor controlled thermal/temperature protection. Complete with all other accessories as required to run the system with necessary warrenty service of the system. Nominal Capacity 40.0 TR (Make Voltas).

Service charges and rewinding of compressor motor of IP55 suitable for 415V, 3 phase AC supply as we have found continuity between motor terminal and ground. Also terminals got rusted need to be checked and changes with necessary warrenty of the system.

Rectification or replacemnet of all damaged Outdoor condensing Unit with Reciprocating compressor and factory charged refrigerent gas. The ODUs have suitable Copper condensor coil, fan section, drive set suitable for 415V, 3 phase AC supply and microprocessor controlled thermal/temperature protection. Complete with all other accessories as required to run the system with necessary warrenty of the system with necessary warrenty of the system Nominal Capacity 7.5 TR (Make Voltas).

Rectification of all damaged parts and Commissioing of AHU side , TOP and Bottom , side puf panels and Blower with damaged all bowers including arrangemnet of Hardware with adhesive for fixing of AHUs.

Double Skin construction (25mm thk. insulated sandwich Panels)Ceiling suspended type type AHU complete with, DIDW forward curved centrifugal blower, pre filter and 4 RD cooling coil. AHU shall have sandwiched insulated drain pans. Drain Pan shall be constructed from 16G GI sheet with necessary bi-directional slope to facilitate fast removal of condensate. Flexible connection & volume control damper (opposed blade type) shall be provided at fan outlet. . All motors shall be energy efficient. Cooling type TEFC, class F insulation. . . Complete with all other accessories like expansion valve, Drier etc as required to run the system with necessary warrenty service of the system. Total Delivered CFM-3500, 50 mm statc (Make Edgetech, Zeco).

AHU panels with Digital display , controls and interlocking with thermostat for AHU blower stater along with overload & single phasing preventer, r, as per standard. The AHU panel should have with ON/OFF/Trip indication and also with ON/OFF push button, manual / auto seletor switch etc. with Start Stop Push Button, ON/OFF/Trip Indication, Ammeter & Voltmeter, Incoiming MCB with 25KA fault rating, Short Circuit, Over Current Protection as per Specification.

Supply and laying of Thermal insulation with 25 mm thick closed cell cross linked polyethelene (Class “I”) insulation on duct after applying suitable adhesivefor Nitrile rubber.

(i) Rate should be quoted inclusive of all applicable taxes and Duties etc including GST. (ii) All materials, equipments & accessories must conform to relevant IS / IEC specifications. (iii) Necessary manufacturer's warranty certificate for AC/AHU machine will have to be submitted during delivery of the material.
